Happy New Year! 2023 is here and so is our stunning torte. Full of colors, chocolate and so much fun. This recipe is great recipe for birthdays, New Year or just when you need joy in your life.

2023 will be extra special when you slice into this chocolate masterpiece to reveal surprise inside.

If you don’t like surprises … well let me start by saying that this marshmallow cake is made of two simple layers using the ingredients you already have in your kitchen. Eggs, sugar, flour and ground walnuts.

Then two simple layers are connected with sunshine yellow filling and cookie crumbles filling. The whole torte is covered with the most amazing chocolate filling and heavy cream. Did I mention between two layers there is something special…White, fluffy and full of chocolate. Yes, I know. This is an elegant dessert you dream about.

Now, to make dream our reality we must get all ingredients under the list we called…

Equipment Needed

-KitchenAid mixer (or the mixer you are using. Can be hand mixer too)

-mixing bowl

-glass or plastic bowl for dry ingredients

-2 round baking pan (6 inches)

-medium or larger sauce pan

MAKING Homemade Easy Marshmallows Recipe

Ingredients

5 egg whites

5 TBSP sugar (white, regular sugar)

7 TBSP ground walnuts

2 TBSP flour

Filling

1 1/2 cups milk

5 egg yolks

1/2 cup sugar + 1 TBSP sugar

2 Dr. Oetker Vanilla pudding

1 TBSP flour

1/2 cup butter, unsalted

2 oz chocolate

1 box of munchmallow cookies (teacakes)

2 cups of heavy cream

Decoration: chocolate, walnuts, sprinkles…

Instructions for making Easy Marshmallows Recipe

Line bottoms of 6 inch cake pans with parchment paper. (do not grease the sides or the bottom).

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Plastic Bowl: Add flour and ground walnuts. Stir it together and set aside.

Mixing Bowl:

First mix eggs whites until foamy and then add sugar and mix until firm peaks and sugar is incorporated.

Your next step is to add the flour/walnut mixture. You are not going to use mixer at this point.

Fold flour and walnuts into eggs mixture using a spatula.

Stop mixing when no streaks of flour remain.

Important: Be sure the flour/walnuts is incorporated.

Pour the batter into 6 inch prepared pan.

I used about 2 cups for each pan.

Bake at 375 F for about 14 minutes or until done. (start checking after 10 minutes)

Remove from the oven and let it cool in pan for about 15 minutes.

Making the Yellow Filling

Add egg yolks, sugar, pudding and flour into 1/3 cup of milk.

Mix with your mixer until smooth.

The rest of the milk and 1 TBSP of sugar transfer to the sauce pan and heat until it boils.

When milk boils remove from the heat and add egg and pudding mixture.

Return to heat and stir non stop for about 5 minutes or until thickness.

Then remove from heat, transfer to the mixing bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it cool.

While the filling is cooling, mix butter until smooth.

Add cooled yellow filling to the mixed butter.

Mix all ingredients until incorporated.

IMPORTANT: Take 6 tea cookies (munchmallow cookies) and separate marshmallows top from the bottom of the cookie. (check the picture below). USE The BOTTOM OF THE COOKIES AND CRUMBLE INTO SMALL PIECES.

Your next step is to divide yellow or sunshine filling into 3 parts.

One will stay yellow filling, the second one will have crumbs from the tea cookies and third one will be mixed with melted cooled chocolate.

ASSEMBLY of Homemade Easy Marshmallows Recipe

Place first layer of the cake and cover with cookie crumble filling.

On top of cookie crumble filling add 6 marshmallow cookies (just the top of tea cookies)

Cover with yellow filling.

Add second layer cake and top with chocolate filling.

At this point transfer the cake to the freezer or fridge for about 6 hours or overnight.

Next day – Mix heavy cream and cover the whole cake.

Decorate as you wish. You can use shaved chocolate, ground walnuts or sprinkles.

Chocolate – semi-sweet is my choice for chocolate.

It is and egg-dipped ham and cheese sandwich or an unusual combo of French toast and the basic of ham and Swiss sandwich. There are many versions out there but our recipe today is made of following ingredients:

bread – cheese – ham – mustard – mayo – mixture of eggs and milk

If you are wondering when to eat this sandwich the answer is simple. Monte Cristo sandwich is for any time of the day. Can be your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Also, this is great idea for Sunday brunch or lazy Friday night when you want to stay inside and just watch TV. The sandwich is made in no time. Super fast and so easy.

Now, to make this sandwich in your house you need to buy the following ingredients.

SHOPPING LIST FOR EASY SANDWICH

  • bread
  • ham
  • cheese (Swiss cheese or cheese you like)
  • mayo
  • mustard
  • eggs
  • milk

-shallow bowl

-non-stick frying pan or cast-iron (whatever you have at home)

ACTION TIME

Easy Monte Cristo Sandwich

Ingredients

4 slices of bread

2 eggs

1/4 cup milk

4 slices ham

2 slices cheese (or you can use 4 slices of Swiss cheese or cheese you like)

salt and pepper to taste

oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS FOR Making Easy Monte Cristo Sandwich

Add eggs, milk, salt and black pepper into a shallow bowl.

Beat all ingredients until well combined. Set aside.

Lightly grease a small skillet or pan over medium heat.

Spread the mustard on 2 of bread slices.

Add 1 slice of cheese and 2 slices of ham.

Optional: Top ham with another slice of cheese

Then spread the mayonnaise on remaining 2 bread slices.

Close the sandwiches with 2 slices of bread with mayo-side down.

Dip each sandwich into egg/milk mixture to coat on both sides.

Transfer to the pan with hot oil and cook until golden brown on the bottom.

Flip the sandwich carefully using the flat spatula and continue cooking on the other side until golden brown.

Slice and serve.

Optional: Dust with icing sugar just before serving if you like. (I don’t like using icing sugar)

Bread – use white of whole wheat

Cheese – you can use Swiss, Provolone or Gouda cheese.

Eggs – use large, organic and fresh eggs.

Mustard – this is my favorite mustard. I love, love this mustard. On top of that you get free glass.

3/4 cup + 1/8 cup (200 ml) milk

1 cup butter

3 cups Plazma ground biscuits (Oreo works too)

2 cups ground walnuts

5 oz chocolate

2 package of Jaffa cakes (about 300 gr)

1/2 TBSP pure vanilla extract

2 sheets of tort wafers (11 by 11 inches)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING WAFER CAKE

In a large sauce pan add milk and sugar.

Bring to boil. Be sure to stir frequently until the sugar is dissolved.

Add butter and stir until the butter is melted.

Then remove from heat and add chopped chocolate.

Stir until chocolate is completed melted.

Your next step is to add ground biscuit, walnuts, vanilla extract and stir until all ingredients are incorporated.

Cool it for 10 minutes.

ASSEMBLY OF THE BEST CAKE

Unwrap the wafer sheets. Remove 2 from the package.

Place first wafer sheet on a hard surface.

Pour half of the chocolate filling and evenly distribute the filling to all sides. (use knife, spoon or whatever you have)

Then add Jaffa cakes until you cover the whole sheet.

Pour the rest of chocolate filling over the jaffa cookies.

Top everything with second wafer sheet.

Then cover the cake with aluminum foil and place heavy object on top of it.

I placed 2 very heavy books. (I used Baking Day with Anna Olson)

Leave it overnight or 6 to 8 hours.

NEXT DAY – CUT THE Chocolate Wafer Cake

Use sharp knife and cut the cake into desired sizes and shapes.

Keep cake in the fridge for about 5 days. (be sure it is wrap in plastic wrap or aluminum foil)

Tort Wafers – you can buy in any Euro store near you. In Canada FreshCo Ltd is selling it. Also you can buy online. Amazon website has it. Check this LINK

Butter – use unsalted, room temperature butter for this recipe.

Milk – I used organic, 3.25%.

Chocolate – use the best quality you can afford. (you can use dark, semi-sweet chocolate. It is your choice, really)

Plazma ground biscuits – if you can’t find Plazma you can use Oreo crumbs (honey graham crumbs and so on)

Sugar – white, regular sugar

Line baking sheet with silicone. (parchment paper)

Preheat oven to 425 F.

In a medium saucepan add water, milk, butter, sugar and salt.

Bring to boil over medium heat and remove from heat.

Your next step is to add all flour and mix with a wooden spoon until the flour is incorporated.

Return back to the heat for about 2 minutes or until dough comes together into a smooth ball. (also there will be thin film at the bottom of the saucepan).

Bring milk to boil.

Remove from the heat and stir in pudding/egg mixture.

Return to heat and stir for about 3 minutes or until thickness.

Again remove from the heat and add chopped chocolate.

Stir with the spoon until chocolate is melted.

Cover with plastic wrap and let it cool.

While the filling is cooling mix the butter until smooth.

Add mixed butter to cool chocolate filling and mix until incorporated.

With a small pastry tip, poke 3 holes through the bottom of each cooled pastry.

Pipe cream inside.

Wipe off any excess chocolate filling. Repeat with all the eclair shells.

Refrigerate eclairs while making chocolate glaze.

How to make chocolate ganache

Heat heavy cream until it is at a simmer point.

Remove from heat and pour over chopped chocolate.

Let it rest for 3 minutes and then stir until it is smooth.

Dip the top of eclairs into the chocolate sauce, allowing excess to drip off.

Decorate with shaved chocolate.

Choux Pastry

  • 1/4 and 1/8 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup and 1/8 cup of milk
  • 6 TBSP of butter
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour, all purpose
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3 large eggs

Chocolate Filling for Eclairs

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 Dr. Oetker Vanilla pudding
  • 6 oz chocolate
  • 2 and 2/3 cups milk + 1 TBSP of sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, unsalted and room temperature

CHOCOLATE GLAZE

  • 3 oz chocolate (semi-sweet, dark or Lind chocolate)
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream

Instructions

    Line baking sheet with silicone. (parchment paper)

    Preheat oven to 425 F.

    In a medium saucepan add water, milk, butter, sugar and salt.

    Bring to boil over medium heat and remove from heat.

    Your next step is to add all flour and mix with a wooden spoon until the flour is incorporated.

    Return back to the heat for about 2 minutes or until dough comes together into a smooth ball. (also there will be thin film at the bottom of the saucepan).

Our recipe today is one of my favorite childhood cake recipes. As you can imagine I have many, many favorite cakes or desserts. And I can’t feel guilty. I already admit my addiction to chocolate, Nutella and so on. And so on is also addiction to the ice cream. Ok, let’s be quite for a moment. People have issue, people have problems. And we don’t want to talk about it. So, let’s keep tradition alive and keep going. Like nothing to see here. Yes, I know…but let the silence talk. Will you?

Of course not. And because of that let’s talk about our cake recipe post today. Homemade, easy and helps when everything or almost everything is not working for you. Hmmm…what do you think? Are you ready for the most amazing ice cream cake recipe you will ever try…

DESCRIPTION OF SUPER EASY ICE CREAM CAKE

First of all you won’t believe how easy is to make this ice cream cake at home. That’s why it is called Super Easy Ice Cream Cake. (just in case you have some kind of trust issue).

Like always let me start with 5 words to describe our recipe today:

  • smooth
  • refreshing
  • sweet
  • creamy
  • luscious

Also, this easy ice cream cake is the cake my grandmother used to make. It is not like the store bought version. Full of additives and words we don’t understand. This cake will bring back childhood memories when ice cream cake was made with tons of eggs, milk, flour, sugar and people were skinny.

So, time for our first task called shopping for ingredients. The list is under the title called…

SHOPPING LIST FOR ICE CREAM CAKE

  • eggs (large size)
  • icing sugar
  • white sugar
  • flour
  • milk
  • Dr. Oetker Vanilla pudding
  • heavy cream
  • butter
  • corn starch
  • baking powder

Equipment Needed

-KitchenAid mixer (or the mixer you are using. Can be hand mixer too)

-mixing bowl

-glass or plastic bowl for dry ingredients

-2 round baking pans (6 inches)

Action Time

Super Easy Ice Cream Cake Recipe

Ingredients

6 egg whites

6 TBSP of sugar

1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp baking powder

6 1/2 TBSP flour (all purpose)

1/2 cup milk

Ice Cream Homemade Filling

6 egg yolks

3/4 cup icing sugar

1 and 1/3 cups milk

2 TBSP sugar

1/2 TBSP corn starch

1 Dr. Oetker Vanilla pudding

1/2 cup butter, unsalted (room temperature)

Decoration: 1 cup of heavy cream, chocolate and so on…

Important: Eggs must be room temperature.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING HOMEMADE CAKE

Line bottoms of two 6 inch cake pans with parchment paper. (do not grease the sides or the bottom). Set aside.

First mix eggs whites and sugar until until firm peaks and sugar is incorporated.

Then add the flour and baking powder. You are not going to use mixer at this point.

Add the flour and fold with a spatula. Stop mixing when no streaks of flour remain.

Important: Be sure the flour is incorporated.

Pour the batter into 6 inch prepared pan.

I used 2 and 1/4 cups of batter for each baking 6 inch pan.

Bake at 375 F for about 14 to 15 minutes. (start checking after 10 minutes)

Remove from the oven and let is cool for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, pour 1/2 cup milk into the glass or measuring cup.

After 5 minutes, remove the parchment paper from the cakes and soak each cake with 1/4 cup of milk.

Set aside.

How do you soak the cake?

Poke the cake with toothpick and use a pastry brush to coat it with milk.

Making Ice Cream Homemade Filling

Mix egg yolks and icing sugar well, until double in size.

In separate cup mix vanilla pudding, corn starch and 1/3 cup milk until smooth.

Your next step is to add milk mixture into the egg yolks and sugar.

Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.

Meanwhile, add 1 cup cold milk into large pot.

Bring the milk to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in the egg/pudding mixture.

Return to heat and stir non stop for about 3 minutes or until desired thickness.

Remove from the heat, cover with plastic wrap and let it cool.

While the filling is cooling, mix butter until smooth.

Add cooled yellow filling to the mixed butter.

Mix all ingredients until incorporated.

ASSEMBLY OF Super Easy Ice Cream Cake Recipe

Place 1 layer cake on your cake stand (or at the bottom of the pan, cake plate or whatever you are using.)

Add ice cream yellow filling.

Cover with second layer cake.

Transfer to the freezer for about 30 minutes.

Remove from the freezer and starting at the top and working your way down, apply the yellow filling.

Smooth out with a scraper. This step takes practice. So, don’t be hard your yourself if it is not perfect.

Just keep practicing until you like the way your cake looks.

 Transfer to the fridge for a few hours or overnight.

Next Day: Mix heavy cream and cover the top of the cake.

Decorate with shaved chocolate, ground walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans or sprinkles.

Quick Note

Butter – use unsalted, room temperature butter for this recipe.

Eggs – the eggs are the star of the recipe. So, be sure you are using large, organic eggs. Also, don’t forget to bring eggs to the room temperature for this recipe.

Chocolate – this is optional for this recipe. I used for decoration and I used Lindt chocolate, 70% cocoa.

Flour – I used all purpose, unbleached flour.

Milk – for this recipe I used organic milk, 3.25%. You can use your favorite milk. (2% or 3.25% and it does not need to be organic)

1 cup cake flour

3/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Lind Mint Chocolate, chopped ( I used 100 gr)

1 1/2 cups of Toblerone chocolate, chopped

3/4 cup toasted hazelnuts, chopped

1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions for making chocolate cookies with Toblerone

First step is to add to the bowl all purpose flour, cake flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and corn starch.

Stir until all dry ingredients are combined. Set aside.

Your next step is super important.

Cube 1 cup of chilled butter into 1″ pieces.

Put white and brown sugar in stand mixer bowl and mix until well combined.

Then add cold cubed butter and continue mixing for about 5 min.

Your next step is to add eggs, one at a time until well incorporated. (eggs are from the fridge, no room temperature)

Add 1 tsp vanilla and mix.

Then add flour mixture to batter mixture and mix until fully incorporated.

Add all chocolates, hazelnuts and pecans and mix by hand. (or by mixer on low speed)

Refrigerate cookie dough from 2 hrs to overnight (12 hrs).

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Using ice cream scoop, form cookie dough balls. (4oz)

Bake for 12 to 13 minutes.

How to Freeze Chocolate Chip Cookies

If you want to freeze the cookies the steps are following:

Using ice cream scoop, form cookie dough balls. (4oz)

Make each of them into round smooth ball.

Then individually wrap each cookie and place in a freezer safe bag.

Freeze for up to 3 months.

When baking frozen cookies, bake at 375 F for about 15 minutes or until golden color. (do not overbake)

Quick Note

Butter – use unsalted, cold butter. No room temperature butter for this recipe. Yes, you are using cold from the fridge butter.

Important: be sure you cut the butter into 1 inch cubes

Chocolate chips– I use mini chocolate chips but you can use the regular one (Guittard brand, Ghirardelli or your favorite brand)

Lindt Chocolate – I love, love Lindt chocolate. For this recipe I used about Mint Lindt chocolate. The amount is 100 gr.

Eggs – be sure you are using large, organic and COLD EGGS. (eggs from the fridge). Yes, for this recipe you don’t need to bring eggs to the room temperature.

Hazelnuts and Pecans – I love combo of hazelnuts and pecans with Toblerone chocolate. If you don’t like pecans just use hazelnuts.

Toblerone chocolate – you can buy the Toblerone 360g or Toblerone 100g. The best place to buy it Costco or Dollar store. In Dollar store you can find Toblerone 100g for $1.25

Although this recipe is so simple there are many names for this breakfast dish. Some of them are “egg in a hole”, “eggs in a nest”, “pirate’s eye”, “bullseye eggs”, “one-eyed Jack” and so on. In my house it is the simple egg breakfast recipe. And this is how it works…

While you are cutting a circle in the middle of your favorite piece of the bread, the egg is having time of its life. The egg is having an affair with the Italian parsley, salt and black pepper. And guess what happen next? The slutty eggs see the window of the opportunity and jumps in. Yes, inside of that bread hole our egg is enjoying the best life you can imagine. Of course in order to have the best life you need a piece of the best cheese. Top that with more bread and you have it. The perfect, easy breakfast recipe for you and your family.

SHOPPING LIST FOR EGG BREAKFAST RECIPE

  • your favorite bread (whole wheat, sandwich bread…)
  • eggs
  • Italian parsley
  • cheese
  • black pepper

-cookie cutter (3 inches or 2 and 1/2 inches)

-pan

-small bowl (to mix eggs, parsley, salt and pepper)

ACTION TIME

Making Simple Egg Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients

1 egg

2 tsp of Italian Parsley (chopped)

salt and peeper to your taste

1 slice of cheese

2 slices of your favorite bread

Optional: basil pesto, garlic, onions

INSTRUCTIONS FOR EGG BREAKFAST

Using a cookie cutter, cut a hole out of the center.

In a small bowl mix eggs, Italian parsley, salt and pepper.

Add 1 TBSP of olive oil into the pan.

Place a frying pan on a medium heat.

Heat until the oil is very hot.

Place the bread with hole into it.

Add half of egg mixture into each hole.

Cover each whole with small piece of cheese. (any kind of cheese you like, mozzarella…)

Cook for a minute or until egg is set and then cover with rounded piece of bread.

Using the spoon press the cut circle of the bread inside of the hole.

Flip the bread over and cook the other side to your liking. (50 to 60 seconds)

Optional: spread 1 TBSP of basil pesto over the cooked bread. Top with minced garlic or chopped onions.

Serve with your favorite salad, tomatoes or glass of yogurt.

Eggs – I used large, organic eggs. The best place to buy eggs is your local farmers market.

Cheese – Mozzarella, Gouda or any kind of cheese you like.

Olive Oil – use olive oil so egg mixture does not stick to the pan.

Making Kinder Bueno Spread Recipe Joy

Ingredients

3 cups of hazelnuts

1 cup white chocolate chips (melted

3 TBSP coconut oil

INSTRUCTION FOR MAKING KINDER BUENO SPREAD

Using the double boiler method melt white chocolate chips. Set aside to cool.

Add white hazelnuts (no skins) to the powerful blender or food processor.

Blend it for about 15 minutes.

IMPORTANT: Blend for 3 minutes, scrape the sides down then take break for 2 minutes and keep going until you get nut butter consistency.

When you get nut consistency start adding the melted white chocolate and coconut oil.

Blend until all ingredients are combined.

Important: Add more coconut oil if you want bueno spread to be runnier.

Transfer to glass jar.

Cover with lid and keep on room temperature for about 7 days.

Scrape the sides down

Quick Note

Hazelnuts – the best place to buy is Costco or online. 1 kg is about $30 in Canada.

Optional: you can add pure vanilla extract to this recipe. (1 tsp)

White Chocolate chips– use the best quality you can afford.

Coconut oil – it should be liquid coconut oil. For this recipe I used MCT coconut oil because of the benefits. You can use your favorite coconut oil.

1/4 cup water

3/4 cup coffee

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup olive oil

1 3/4 cups flour (all purpose, unbleached)

3/4 cup cocoa powder

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 TBSP baking soda

Oreo Cream Cheese Filling

8 oz cream cheese

3/4 cup icing sugar

1/2 cup heavy cream

9 Oreo Cookies (very fine crumbs)

6 Oreo Cookies (roughly chopped)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: Use 1/2 cup of Nutella

Also optional ( I did it)

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

Dr. Oetker Whip It (if you don’t have it, don’t use it)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING Oreo Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Spray with baking spray and set aside.

To the plastic bowl add flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda. Set aside.

Add to the mixing bowl the following ingredients: eggs, yogurt, coffee, water, oil, vanilla extract.

Mix all ingredients until well combined. (3 to 5 minutes)

Then add dry ingredients and mix until all ingredient are incorporated.

Pour the batter into prepared baking sheet.

Bake at 350 F for 17 minutes or until done.

Use toothpick to check if the cake is done.

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool.

Remember from this cake you are getting 3 recipes. This is your recipe #2.

MAKING Oreo Cream Cheese Filling for the Best Cheesecake

In a mixing bowl mix cream cheese, icing sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.

Then add heavy cream and mix until incorporated.

Your next step is to add Oreo cookies. (9 Oreo cookies as fine crumbs and 6 Oreo cookies roughly chopped)

Just stir Oreo cookies in using the wooden spoon or spatula.

ASSEMBLE OF Kinder Oreo Cheesecake Recipe

Place 7 by 7 inch on serving plate (or baking pan)

Optional: Cover 7 by 7 inch cake with Nutella. (about 1/2 cup or more if you want to)

Heavy Cream – I used 35%

And like always nobody is answering. Why? Why? And Why?

But guess who has the most amazing post ready for you? Your star called 5 star cookies.

And it is not about food today. Yes, I know. Sometimes we need a small break from eating and drinking…

Because, we need to think about our the most important part of the life…And you know what it is?

Our HEALTH or our WEALTH!

So, for today I am sharing one of the most important secret I like to use for my body.

Yes, it is my magic called Green Clay.

DESCRIPTION OF Powerful Green Clay Benefits

The first time I heard about green clay was from the very famous singer and writer Rika Zarai. Her book is the book you need in order to learn about the green clay.

So, what is green clay good for? I can’t answer this question because it is good for so much and so many. It has been used in medicine and aesthetics. Yes, it is that good.

Green clay is my answer as soon as something is not working for or inside of my body. For example 1 kg of Nutella jar flying to my ankle…or I was bitten by insect or I am just so tired and I have no energy.

The green clay always help me. It is a natural product rich in minerals and elements like calcium, magnesium, iron and more. It is my answer when my body is asking for help. So, when they ask me “Do you believe in science….my answer is always the same: I believe in GREEN CLAY!

For a while I was asked to create post how to use green clay… So, let me start with…

SHOPPING LIST for Magical Green Clay

  • GREEN CLAY (organic and the best one you can find)
  • WOODEN SPOON (MUST be, you can’t use the metal spoon)
  • MEASURING GLASS (1 cup, 2 cups or more…depends of your injury and how much you need it)

ACTION TIME

IMPORTANT: This recipe is just for you to learn how to work with green clay. I don’t want you to use larger amount because you need to get the feeling when working with the clay. Yes, I know. It is ALL about the feeling but you will get it. It is super easy TO LEARN. And you will.

Making Powerful Green Clay

Ingredients

1/3 cup of green clay

Water to cover the clay

INSTRUCTIONS FOR GREEN CLAY

If you need clay as soon as possible: (like I did when Nutella jar hurt me…)

Add 1/3 cup of green clay to the measuring glass and cover with water. (cold water).

Do not mix it with the WOODEN SPOON. Just don’t. I know you want it.

For a few minutes you are going to hear the sound like the clay and water are playing or talking.

If after 5 minutes the green clay is not covered with the water completely add a little more. (like 1 tsp and keep adding until the green clay is covered). It is better to have more water and if you do just add more green clay. (check the Quick Note)

Your next step is to leave clay for a half hour or 30 minutes. (or at least 15 minutes)

Then apply the clay to the needed area. (can be your finger, your foot…and so on…)

If you are doing this during the day, replace the green clay with the new one as soon as it is dry…

Important: It will create the mess, so be sure to cover the floor with newspaper or something to protect it.

If you have 8 hours to prepare clay

Add green clay to the measuring glass and cover with water.

DO NOT MIX WITH WOODEN SPOON. JUST DON’T MIX IT.

Just add enough water to cover the clay.

For a few minutes you are going to hear the sound like the clay and water are playing.

You will see the clay cover with the water. (this is must. The water has to cover the clay)

If not just add a little more water until it is covered a little more above the clay.

Leave it for 6 to 8 hours.

NEXT MORNING: At this point water and clay should be mixed well together. If there is still water above the clay just add more fresh clay. Yes, you hear me well. Just add the clay until it looks like the cooked vanilla pudding. The mixture should be like the cream you use for your face or hands. It can’t be too watery.

Then apply the clay to the ankle area, to your foot, to your finger (or to the area where it hurts…)

IMPORTANT: APPLY nice, thick layer of it. (the more green clay the better it is).

Then cover with cheese cloth. (to keep it secure tie with a kitchen twine, dental floss or use your imagination)

If you are doing this during the day, replace the green clay with the new one as soon as it is dry…

Or if you are doing before the bed time, just secure and go to sleep with the clay.

Next morning change it and keep going until your foot or finger is HAPPY and HEALTHY!

IMPORTANT: When you are done and you want to clean the clay, this is very IMPORTANT (check below)

WHEN WASHING THE CLAY DO IT in the garden, OUTSIDE OR USE SOME LARGE PLASTIC BUCKET and take it outside. IF YOU SHOWER IT WILL clogged everything up.

Just before you want to use it add more green clay until it has consistency of vanilla pudding or cream for the face. (check pictures below). Again, don’t use wooden spoon or any spoon to mix it. Just shake it by hand very gently. (see the last picture below, large image)

Green Clay – I only used GREEN CLAY. There are others color like red clay or gray clay but for me the only one that works is Green Clay. Use the best green clay you can afford. I used many and I like A. Vogel green clay.

Wooden Spoon – buy the new one. It can be from $ store. AGAIN, DON’T USE METAL SPOON WITH CLAY.

GLASS MEASURING CUPS – from 1 cup (if it small area) to 10 cups (if problematic area is big). It has to be GLASS and it can not be “the cheap glass”. Be aware of it. Also, you can use large glass bowls or anything glass as long as the quality is high. Yes, green clay is “picky and powerful”.

Believe in magic or believe in the most powerful green clay benefits…Why? Because the green clay is the solution when you hurt your foot, your finger or for chronically painful knees. Yes, the green clay is the BOSS when you or your body need help. So, use it. As much as possible. You can drink it too … but it is for another post.

Powerful Green Clay Benefits

Yield: Serving 1 person
Prep Time: 3 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes

Green clay is my answer as soon as something is not working for or inside of my body.

For example 1 kg of Nutella jar flying to my ankle...or I was bitten by insect

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of green clay
  • Water to cover the clay

Instructions

    If you need clay as soon as possible: (like I did when Nutella jar hurt me...)

    Add 1/3 cup of green clay to the measuring glass and cover with water. (cold water).

    Do not mix it with the WOODEN SPOON. Just don't. I know you want it.

    For a few minutes you are going to hear the sound like the clay and water are playing or talking.

    If after 5 minutes the green clay is not covered with the water completely add a little more. (like 1 tsp and keep adding until the green clay is covered)

    Your next step is to leave clay for a half hour or 30 minutes. (or at least 15 minutes)

    Then apply the clay to the needed area. (can be your finger, your foot...and so on...)

    If you are doing this during the day, replace the green clay with the new one as soon as it is dry...

    Important: It will create the mess, so be sure to cover the floor with newspaper or something to protect it.

    If you have 8 hours to prepare clay

    Add green clay to the measuring glass and cover with water.

    DO NOT MIX WITH WOODEN SPOON. JUST DON'T MIX IT.

    Just add enough water to cover the clay.

    For a few minutes you are going to hear the sound like the clay and water are playing.

    You will see the clay cover with the water.

    If not just add a little more water until it is covered a little more above the clay.

    Leave it for 6 to 8 hours.

    Then apply the clay to the ankle area, to your foot, to your finger (or to the area where it hurts...)

    IMPORTANT: APPLY nice, thick layer of it. (the more green clay the better it is).

    Then cover with cheese cloth. (to keep it secure tie with a kitchen twine, dental floss or use your imagination)

    If you are doing this during the day, replace the green clay with the new one as soon as it is dry...

    Or if you are doing before the bed time, just secure and go to sleep with the clay.

    Next morning change it and keep going until your foot or finger is HAPPY and HEALTHY!

    IMPORTANT: When you are done and you want to clean the clay, this is very IMPORTANT (check below)

    WHEN WASHING THE CLAY DO IT in the garden, OUTSIDE OR USE SOME LARGE PLASTIC BUCKET and take it outside. IF YOU SHOWER IT WILL clogged everything up.
