The ingredients are simple, And when I say simple I mean whole eggs, fresh spinach, bell pepper, healthy feta cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic… 

So, the ideal recipe if you have health goals like eating high protein, lower calories recipe.

Healthy Spinach Egg Muffins are loaded with veggies, eggs and the most delicious cheese (feta cheese).

It does not take long time to make this breakfast muffins. (20-25 minutes)

Breakfast muffins are the perfect size to make for your kids or to take to the office when you want to eat healthy and delicious recipe.

Now to make this quick breakfasts we need to have the following ingredients…

Shopping List for Easy breakfast Recipe

-fresh spinach (fresh baby spinach)

-whole eggs

-Greek Yogurt (high protein)

-feta cheese

-bell pepper

-olive oil

-cheddar cheese

-garlic

-cake flour

-black pepper

-baking powder

-salt

-oregano

Optional: cherry tomatoes, broccoli, onions, avocado oil 

Equipment Needed

-Stand mixer or hand mixer (or just use wooden spoon)

-6 cup muffin standard pan (muffin tray)

-mixing bowl

-large bowl and medium bowl 

-plastic wrap

ACTION TIME

Healthy Spinach Egg Muffins or Easy breakfast Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup chopped spinach

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (high protein) 

3/4 cup cheddar cheese

1/2 cup feta cheese

1 egg

2 TBSP olive oil

1/2 cup bell pepper (chopped red bell pepper)

1 cup cake flour

1/2 TBSP baking powder

2 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 black pepper

3 cloves of garlic, chopped

Instructions for making Spinach Egg Muffins 

Spray 6 cup muffin pan with baking spray or non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

(Sometimes I use cupcake liners but you don’t have to)

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Meal prep

Chop the fresh spinach and bell peppers.

Grate the cheddar cheese.

Large bowl 1:

In a large bowl or mixing bowl mix yogurt, olive oil, egg.

I used mixer but you can do using the whisk or wooden spoon. Set aside.

Large Bowl 2 – Dry Ingredients

Add flour, baking powder, salt, oregano, black pepper to the large bowl.

Stir with wooden spoon until all ingredients are combined.

Than add chopped spinach, peppers, feta cheese and 1/4 of the cheddar cheese. (the rest will be used as the topping)

Again stir to combine all ingredients.

Your next step is to add egg, olive oil mixture to the dry ingredients.

Stir with wooden spoon or spatula until all ingredients are combined.

Fill the prepared pan with batter to just under the top line.

I used ice cream scoop 2 oz.

Then top each cup of muffin tray with grated cheese. (total used 1/2 cup)

Transfer to oven and bake at 350 F from 20-25 minutes. 

When baked remove from the oven and top each cup/muffin with 1 TBSP of Greek Yogurt High Protein and chopped garlic. (this is optional)

Let it cool (if you can wait).

Serve with Greek Yogurt High protein. (14 grams of protein)

With 2 muffins I drink 1 cup of Greek Yogurt High Protein.

Quick Note

Spinach – For this recipe I used fresh spinach or organic, fresh baby spinach.

Eggs – I used large, organic egg from local Farmers Market. 

Greek Yogurt – my favorite brand is Olympic Greek Yogurt High Protein. (3/4 cup of yogurt has 14 or 16 grams of protein).

You can use your favorite yogurt but be sure it has 14 to 16 grams of protein.

Feta Cheese – for this recipe I used the feta cheese from Costco. (the best price)

Cheese – for this recipe I used feta cheese, cheddar cheese. You can use goat cheese, Parmesan cheese and Gouda cheese.

Olive Oil – use the best oil you can afford. I used organic olive oil. Great alternative is avocado oil.

Garlic – if you don’t like the fresh garlic, use garlic powder. (Great alternative is chopped onion)

Optional: for this recipe you can add cherry tomatoes, broccoli, onions in case you don’t like bell pepper.

BTW to make your own chocolate bars you don’t even need to use double boiler method. It is that simple.

Just add 3 ingredients, mix it together by heating for a few minutes and just like that you made your best and healthy chocolate mixture.

Transfer to silicone molds or 9 by 5 quick bread pan or any mold you have.

Wait for a few hours and then enjoy the best homemade chocolate better than store bought dark chocolate or milk chocolate.

Ingredients

4 TBSP coconut oil (use organic coconut oil if you can)

2 TBSP Cocoa

4 TBSP honey

Instructions for making Chocolate Bars

You really don’t need instruction…but I don’t want to upset Dr. Google…so let’s do it.

Add coconut oil, cocoa and honey into a small sauce pan.

Stir all ingredient together until the mixture is smooth.

Transfer to a stove on the lowest setting stirring for about 3 minutes or until you have barely warmed the chocolate mixture. (just a few minutes)

Remove from the heat and pour your homemade own chocolate into the silicone molds of your choice.

Your next step is to transfer to the fridge for a few hours or in the freezer for about 30 minutes.

When chocolate mixture turns into chocolate bars, release it from the silicone mold.

This baking dish can be your the most important meal of the day which can be from Monday to Sunday or it can be your great recipe for your Christmas morning. (Remember Christmas morning can be in JULY???)

To make this recipe you will need simple ingredients like large egg, broccoli florets, potato, shredded cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, feta cheese, semolina flour, onion, black pepper and salt.

Like I said simple recipe for delicious breakfast.

So, if you are ready as I am let’s start shopping list.

Making Easy Eggs Broccoli Breakfast

Ingredients

3 eggs 

1 1/2 cups grated potato ( 3 potatoes)

3 TBSP Greek Yogurt (or sour cream

2 TBSP olive oil

1 1/3 cups broccoli ( 1/3 cup is cut into very small pieces, bite-sizes pieces) 

3 TBSP semolina flour (if you don’t have it use all purpose flour)

1/4 cup Feta cheese

1 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar cheese)

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt 

1/2 onion, chopped

Optional: garlic, bell pepper, fresh mushrooms

Instructions for Making high protein breakfast

Spray your baking pan with cooking spray.

Arrange the fresh broccoli in the pattern you like. Set aside.

Eggs Broccoli Breakfast
Super Easy Eggs Broccoli Breakfast

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Find your large bowl and add he following ingredients: eggs, Greek yogurt, flour, olive oil, black pepper and salt.

Stir with the metal spoon until all ingredients are incorporated. (this is just quick stir)

Then to your egg mixture add grated, drain and squeeze dry potato, chopped onion, 3/4 cup Shredded cheese and 1/3 cup broccoli cut into very, very small pieces. 

Mix all ingredients together and pour into prepared baking pan.

Top with more shredded cheese. (picture 6 above)

Bake at 400 F for about 21 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and top with feta cheese and/or garlic.

Serve with high protein Greek Yogurt.

Quick Note

Eggs – I used large, organic eggs. My favorite place to buy good egg is always local Farmers Market.

Yogurt – use Greek yogurt or if you don’t have it use sour cream (14%)

Shredded cheese – I used Mozzarella cheese for this recipe. 

Olive Oil – use the best quality you can afford

Semolina Flour – if you don’t have it use regular, all purpose flour

How to make grated potato?

Use a hand-held grater.

Be sure the potato is peeled and rinsed before grating.

When done with grating rinse again until water is clear.

After that the step is the most important: Drain and squeeze dry potato.

Some people use cheese cloth. I don’t. Just use your hands and squeeze as much as possible your grated potato.

It is in the category of Healthy recipes and I know you need it.

This high protein tuna sandwich is my favorite recipe to make for breakfast, on Saturday morning or just to take to office when I want to eat healthy and easy breakfast.

Description High Protein Tuna Sandwich Breakfast-Healthy Recipe

-High protein (30 grams of protein)

Easy to make

-5 star rating

Simple ingredients

-light meal (for me it is breakfast)

If you are bored of canned tuna or classic tuna salad this is your recipe.

​The simple ingredients include flaked light tuna, garlic, feta cheese, fresh parsley or any fresh herbs you like.

Serve with my favorite miracle bread or the same recipe we used for Easy Pizza dough with Greek Yogurt.

And just like that you make the best high protein recipe for your busy day.

So, in order to make this nutritious meals with fewer calories we need to go shopping. 

And for shopping we always use …

Shopping List for Healthy Recipe or Tuna Sandwich Breakfast

  • canned tuna (2 cans of tuna from my favorite brand Clover Leaf)
  • Feta Cheese
  • garlic (garlic powder)
  • Plain Greek Yogurt
  • cherry tomatoes
  • fresh herbs (fresh parsley, basil)
  • lettuce leaves

Optional:red onion, Dijon mustard, green onions, crunchy celery, fresh dill, lemon juice …

Equipment Needed

-mixing bowl

-serving plate

ACTION TIME or Recipe Card

High Protein Tuna Sandwich Breakfast-Healthy Recipe

Ingredients

2 cans of tuna

1/4 cup feta cheese

1 cloves of garlic (minced)

Italian fresh parsley

1 mini round bread 

I like to serve with: lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes or any tomatoes I like or have, fresh herbs (Italian fresh parsley, basil)

​Instructions for making Tuna Sandwich

Add 2 cans of tunas to the mixing bowl or medium bowl .

Then add feta cheese, minced garlic and Italian fresh parsley or any fresh herbs you like.

If you like you can add chopped onion, green onions (I do’t).

Mix all ingredients together.

Meanwhile prepare your high protein mini round bread.

Slice each bread into half and add your favorite toppings.

I like to add mayo, lettuce leaves, tomatoes.

Scoop tuna mixture to high protein mini round bread and enjoy the best health recipe with 30 grams of protein.

IMPORTANT: If you don’t like to eat bread you can scoop into lettuce wraps. 

You can enjoy this meal with hard-boiled eggs or I like to serve with fried 1 egg plus 1 egg white.

BTW, 1 whole egg + 1 egg white has almost 10 gr of protein.

How to Make High protein Mini Round Bread

Ingredients

1 cup self rising flour

2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions for High Protein Mini Bread

Line baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. 

Spray with baking spray or use olive oil. Set aside.

Your first step is to add self rising flour into large mixing bowl. 

If you don’t have it you can make your own.

To 1 cup of all purpose flour add 1/2 TBSP baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt.

Stir all ingredients and you just made self rising flour.

Then add plain Greek yogurt and stir with the metal spoon. (just for a minute, picture 4)

Transfer the dough mixture on floured surface and gently knead dough.

Keep adding more flour as needed until you can form into a ball. (it will take you from 4 to 6 minutes)

Divide into 3 equal parts. (remember it is your diet time so be happy you can eat the bread)

Bake at 400 F for about 14 minutes.

  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 1 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • Italian fresh parsley
  • 1 mini round bread

Instructions

    Instructions for making Tuna Sandwich

    Add 2 cans of tunas to the mixing bowl or medium bowl .

    Then add feta cheese, minced garlic and Italian fresh parsley or any fresh herbs you like.

    If you like you can add chopped onion, green onions (I do't).

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Meanwhile prepare your high protein mini round bread.

    Slice each bread into half and add your favorite toppings.

    I like to add mayo, lettuce leaves, tomatoes.

    Scoop tuna mixture to high protein mini round bread and enjoy the best health recipe with 30 grams of protein.

      So, let me describe homemade natural deodorant recipe.

      DESCRIPTION How to Make Natural Deodorant

      -THE BEST NATURAL DEODORANTS (it is, trust me)

      -only 3 ingredients DIY recipe

      -organic flavor oils

      To make your own natural deodorants you will need 3 simple ingredients:

       coconut oil, baking soda and your choice of organic flavor oils.

      My favorite oil to use is the sage oil. You can use lavender oil or mint organic oil.

      This recipe will be your good luck recipe and the best way to get rid of unpleasant body odor.

      It will look like a little white angel waiting to make you happy.

      Please move the coconut baking soda mixture to a jar with lid or just keep it in a small cup cover with lid.

      How to apply the natural deodorant

      Use your own fingers.

      Swipe a clean finger into the coconut and baking soda mixture.

      Please use a very tiny amount.

      Rub the mixture or very small amount into your underarm area.

      Wait until it is dry before wearing clothes. (I like to wait 10 minutes)

      I did not have any problems with using the baking soda. (how about you?)

      Remember: Should I mention again and I will … the bad smell will be your past and your own deodorant will be the new products you will use every single day. Why? Because it is good idea and the best deodorant for all of you who are looking how to get rid of bad smell.

      Quick Note

      Coconut Oil – I used organic, liquid coconut oil. If you are allergic to coconut oil you can use almond oil, avocado oil or jojoba oil. 

      Baking Soda – I used baking soda with no ALUMINUM. Please this is super important, be sure you are using aluminum free baking soda for homemade natural aluminum-free deodorant. My favorite brand is Red Mill. The best place to buy is the health food store or any health store near you. (In Canada Vita Store, Superstore, Safeway is the place to buy sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) that has no aluminum in it.

      Essential Oils – I like to use organic sage oil or organic Peppermint oil.  Also you can use lavender oil or tea tree oil. I don’t like using cinnamon or clove oil. For me it is too strong.

      IMPORTANT NOTE

      1. In case you develop a rash underarm please stop using the baking soda in the recipe. Replace with arrowroot powder or tapioca starch. Another option is to cut baking soda in half so instead of using 3 TBS of baking soda use 1 1/2 TBS. Check your skin and the irritation will be gone. 

      2. Make sure that essential oils you are using are safe for you. For me I can’t use cinnamon oil. It is too strong for me. 

      3. When using the homemade deodorant recipe please use a tiny amount (and I mean very tiny amount). Wait for 10 minutes before you wear shirt or dress to avoid any staining issue.

      4. Do not apply homemade deodorant immediately after the shaving. I like to wait at least 8 hours before I apply a tiny amount underarm.

      Super easy to make. It is only 3 ingredients recipe.

      BTW if you don’t like to use the essential oils you can make this recipe using only baking soda and coconut oil.It is that simple. Your own deodorant is not high-maintenance personality.

      Our recipe today is super easy to make. It will bring you back way back when our grandmothers use to make the most amazing canning recipe. From the apricot jams to dill pickles and more. And how about pickled sweet red peppers? Yes this is my favorite recipe. I love, love red peppers. In any shape and form. And I am not kidding you. Baked, cooked, canned …. it is always the best recipe to eat. So, let’s make the best canning recipe with my 5 star ingredients called RED PEPPERS.

      This recipe is great addition to your favorite sandwich, baked potato or just eating on its own. Yes, this is yam, yam recipe.

      Shopping List for Canned Sweet Red Peppers

      • peppers (red or yellow)
      • sugar
      • salt
      • vinegar
      • whole black pepper
      • garlic
      • water

      Equipment Needed

      -Glass Jar with lids (be sure it is cleaned)

      Action Time

      Easy Red Peppers Recipe

      Ingredients

      8 red peppers

      1 yellow peppers

      6 cloves of garlic per jar (use less if you don’t like the garlic)

      3 whole black peppers

      2 tsp salt per jar

      1 tsp sugar per jar

      4 TBSP of white vinegar per jar

      boiling water

      Instruction for making pickled peppers

      First step is to wash the peppers.

      Step 2 is to remove the seeds and ribs.

      Then cut the peppers halves into lengthwise strips.

      Place the red or yellow strips in a glass jar.

      Add 6 cloves of garlic to each jar 3 whole black peppers.

      Then add to each jar 2 tsp of sea salt, 1 tsp of sugar and 4 TBSP of white vinegar.

      Repeat process until all peppers are used.

      Then pour hot water into each jar until the peppers are fully covered.

      Seal well.

      For the next step do not be afraid.

      Gently shake each jar so that all ingredients get mixed together.

      IMPORTANT: Use kitchen towel or gloves when shaking the jar because of the hot jars.

      Turn jars upside down and cover with towel and blanket.

      Leave them overnight.

      Be sure the jars are taken care like they are little babies.

      IMPORTANT FOR SMALL GLASS JARS

      For small jar: add 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar and 2 TBSP of white vinegar. (add garlic and black pepper to your liking)

      Store it in a dark place for 9 days. ENJOY AND SHARE.

      Quick Note

      Salt – I used sea salt

      Garlic – you can use as much as you like. If you do not like do not use it.

      Red Peppers – buy from your local Farmers market

      Important: you can add chopped Italian parsley if you like the taste.

      • 8 red peppers

      To make this recipe you need just a few ingredients or if you are number person, the number is 3. So, yes you need 3 ingredients: almond milk, chocolate and dates. Optional you can add cinnamon, walnuts, orange juice or lemon juice.

      For this recipe you don’t need the mixer or an oven. All you need is the blender.

      BTW, the recipe is done in no time. Like I said super easy to make, healthy and good for you. In order to make this recipe you need to buy the following ingredients listed under the title called shopping list.

      • chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
      • almond milk
      • dates

      Optional: cinnamon, orange juice, lemon juice, walnuts or hazelnuts

      How are you? Do you enjoy 40+? Yes, I know. You do. And because of that you want simple recipe where oven or stove is not needed. And I have it.

      It is called super easy homemade cheese recipe. And let me tell you a little more about this amazing cheese recipe.

      To make this recipe you need to have the following ingredients listed under the title called…

      SHOPPING LIST FOR HOMEMADE CHEESE

      • milk (3.25%)
      • sour cream (14%)

      Equipment needed

      -2 large saucepan

      -kitchen towel

      -cheesecloth

      -strainer

      -glass dish to store cheese in the fridge (no plastic)

      Action Time

      Making Easy Homemade Cheese Recipe

      Ingredients

      4 l of milk

      1/2 cup of sour cream

      Instructions for making easy homemade cheese

      Coat the bottom of the saucepan with sour cream.

      Then pour the milk into the saucepan.

      Cover with lid, then with kitchen towel and let it sit for 48 hours.

      Important: Keep it on your room temperature. Don’t transfer to the fridge. (Kitchen counter is the location)

      After 48 hours:

      Find the second large saucepan. (it can be large bowl too)

      Put the strainer on top of the saucepan.

      Cover with kitchen towel and then with the cheesecloth.

      Pour the cheese from the other saucepan.

      All the liquid (the whey) will drain and be collected in the saucepan below.

      Don’t do anything for 15 minutes, just let it happen on its own.

      Then lift the cheese cloth and kitchen towel at the same time and start twisting and squeezing to remove the liquid. This has to be very gently twist and squeeze.

      Then let it sit like that for about 10 hours. (don’t do anything)

      After 10 hours remove the cheesecloth and kitchen towel and transfer cheese to the plate.

      Season with salt, black pepper, red paprika, garlic, Italian parsley or anything you like.

      Also, you can eat without the salt if you are on diet or don’t like to use the salt.

      Cut your perfect homemade cheese to the size you like and don’t forget: Enjoy and share.

      Store in the fridge.
