For this recipe you don’t need the mixer or an oven. All you need is the blender.

  • chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
  • almond milk
  • dates

Optional: cinnamon, orange juice, lemon juice, walnuts or hazelnuts

Making Healthy Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/3 cup almond milk

1 cup dates (chopped)

3 oz chocolate (unsweetened)

Instruction for making healthy mousse dessert

Using a double boiler method melt the chocolate. Set aside.

In a blender add almond milk and chopped dates.

Blend until smooth.

Then add melted chocolate and blend until all ingredients are happy together.

This will take only a few seconds.

At this point you can add orange juice or lemon juice if you like.

Pour into bowls or glasses.

Transfer to the fridge for 3 hours or overnight.

Decorate with shaved chocolate, ground walnuts, organic cinnamon and cocoa. Use your healthy imagination.
