Hello my dear readers.

​It is 2026 and and we are going to start with one of my favorite recipe full of chocolate, Nutella, orange and again chocolate. Can I say the best chocolate.

Lindt Orange Chocolate.

Like always let’s start with description of this amazing chocolate dessert or perfect dessert.

Description of Chocolate Orange Nutella Dessert

Rich, indulgent, and satisfying. 

Do you need more…of course not.

This is must make perfect dessert for any day of the week.

It is also perfect dessert for Valentine’s day. And it is coming…so let’s make it happen.

To make this dessert you need the following ingredients listed under…

Shopping List for Dancing Santa

heavy cream

-Nutella

-egg yolks

-Sugar

-Orange flavor (or vanilla extract)

-Orange juice

-Dr. Oetker Vanilla pudding

-Lindt Orange Chocolate

Equipment Needed

-KitchenAid mixer (or the stand mixer you are using. Can be hand mixer too)

-mixing bowl (large bowl)

-measuring cup

-separate bowl 

-sauce pan

-baking pan

-ramekins ( I used 5 for this recipe)

Chocolate Orange Dessert with Nutella

Action Time

 Chocolate Orange Nutella Dessert and Dancing Santa

Ingredients

2 cups heavy cream

1/8 cup sugar

3/4 cup Nutella

3 egg yolks

1 tsp Orange flavor (or pure vanilla extract)

1/2 Lindt Orange Chocolate (50 gr), chopped

Orange Topping

2 cups orange juice (fresh oranges or store bought orange juice)

6 TBSP sugar

2 vanilla puddings (Dr Oetker)

1 3/4 cups heavy cream (double cream)

Decoration: grated Lindt Orange chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate, dark chocolate (I love Lindt 70% cocoa)

Instructions for making Chocolate Orange Dessert with Nutella

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Place the ramekins in a deep baking pan and set aside.

In a bowl lightly whisk the egg yolks. (I used 4 cups glass measuring cup)

Measure 3/4 cup of Nutella and set aside.

Heat heavy cream and sugar until almost boil. Remove from heat.

Add Nutella to cream and sugar mixture.

Whisk until Nutella mixes with the cream. (it will take a little time)

​Then add chopped Lindt Orange chocolate.

Now add 2 TBSP of the Nutella/Cream mixture to the egg yolks mixture.

Stir it. Then add 1/8 cup of the hot Nutella mixture to egg yolk.

Please do it slowly. And keep mixing it.

Then add the rest of Nutella mixture to egg yolks and stir it until ingredients are incorporated and happy together.

Your next step is to pour Chocolate Orange Nutella mixture into ramekins.

Place the ramekins in a deep baking pan and fill with hot water, halfway up the side of ramekins.

Bake it for 30 min at 350 F.

Allow to cool. 

Making Orange Topping

Add Dr. Oetker vanilla puddings and 2 TBS of sugar to the bowl. (small bowl)
Then add 5 TBSP of orange juice into it. (take from 2 cups of orange juice)
Stir with the wooden spoon until smooth.
Meanwhile add the rest of the orange juice  and 4 TBSP sugar to the sauce pan and bring to boil.
Then remove from the heat and add the pudding mixture.
Return to heat and stir non stop until thickness. (this is very quick)

When done remove from heat.

Then add vanilla extract and orange flavor Stir with wooden spoon until incorporated.

​Cover with the plastic wrap and let it cool.
In another mixing bowl mix heavy cream until soft pick.

When your orange filling is cooled transfer to the mixing bowl and mix until smooth. (about 1 minute)

Then add heavy cream and mix until incorporated.

​Transfer to fridge for a few hours

​When ready, top each Chocolate Nutella ramekin with Orange topping.

Decorate with grated chocolate.

Enjoy and share the perfect dessert for your Friday night or for upcoming Valentine’s day.

BTW, this is not the king cake but it the perfect dessert for any occasion.

IMPORTANT: If you don’t want to make orange topping you can use ice cream or heavy cream to top the ramekins of Dancing Santa.

Quick Note

Heavy Cream – use 33% or 35%

Eggs – please use large, organic eggs

Chocolate – for this recipe I used Lindt Orange Chocolate and Lindt 70% Cocoa dark chocolate (you can use chocolate of your choice) 

Orange Juice – I used store bought organic orange/mango juice for making vanilla pudding
