Yes, I know. Life is not fair but in this case…this magic pizza dough will help you to forget and not miss at all the traditional pizza dough.

Well, it is two-ingredient dough: self rising flour and plain Greek yogurt.

  • self rising flour 
  • plain Greek yogurt (I used organic plain Greek yogurt)

Making Easy Pizza Dough with Greek Yogurt or Quick Recipe

​Ingredients

1 cup self rising flour

2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

Favorite toppings: mozzarella cheese or your favorite cheese, broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, garlic, Italian seasoning  

Also, you can use tomato sauce, pizza sauce or basil pesto.

Instructions for quick recipe

Line baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. 

Spray with baking spray or use olive oil. Set aside.

Your first step is to add self rising flour into large mixing bowl. 

If you don’t have it you can make your own.

To 1 cup of all purpose flour add 1/2 TBSP baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt.

Stir all ingredients and you just made self rising flour.

Then add plain Greek yogurt and stir with the metal spoon. (just for a minute, picture 4)

Transfer the dough mixture on floured surface and gently knead pizza dough.

Keep adding more flour as needed until you can form into a ball. (it will take you from 4 to 6 minutes)

Spread dough into the pan to the thickness you like.

Add tomato sauce and topped with your favorite toppings.

I used cheese, broccoli, basil pesto, oregano, feta cheese and minced garlic.

Bake at 400 F until golden brown. 

For my oven it was done in 17 minutes.

Remove from the oven,  and take a moment to enjoy the best magic pizza dough. Ever.

​How to make self rising flour

Simple Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour

1/2 TBSP baking powder ( use the baking powder with no aluminum)

1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

Add all purpose flour, baking powder and salt into small bowl or cup.

Mix all 3 ingredients until incorporated.
