Yes, ladies and gentlemen this is your chocolate heaven recipe.

And to top that…let’s pause for a moment. It is also healthy. (maybe not 100 % but who wants perfection … it is not healthy for you).

The base of this recipe is fantastic for you – walnuts and dates.

For the filling you can use dark chocolate (70% and more) or you can use semi sweet chocolate.

It is your choice.

Your last step is the “magic Lindor hello” called Lindor chocolate truffles. I used white chocolate truffles. (love, love them)

Before we start making this amazing chocolate recipe be sure to have the following ingredients:

  • walnuts
  • dates
  • heavy cream
  • chocolate chips or chocolate (semi sweet or dark)
  • Lindor chocolate truffles

Making Chocolate Lindor Tart

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups walnuts

1 1/3 cup dates

Chocolate Filling

1 1/2 cup heavy cream

3 cups chocolate chips

15 Lindor truffles (12 for recipe, 3 for YOU)

INSTRUCTIONS

Optional: Line a tart pan with plastic wrap. Set aside.

For Crust:

Add walnuts and dates to your food processor.

Let’s the magic happen or pulse until the crust is crumbly and hold together when pinched.

Press into a tart pan. I used 13 3/4 x 4 3/8 or 35 x 11 cm. (check the link)

Cover with foil and transfer to a freezer for 3 hours.

Chocolate Filling

In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream until almost boiled. (you will see tiny bubbles around the edges of the saucepan)

Remove from heat and pour over chocolate chips.

Start daydreaming for 3 minutes then start stirring until the cream and chocolate is blended and smooth.

Pour the filling over the walnut/date crust and return to fridge. (for about 1/2 hour or until is cooled)

Important: You will have some extra chocolate filling.

After that top with Lindor chocolate truffles.

Optional: Decorate with grounded walnuts, icing sugar or sprinkles.

Return to fridge for a few hours or overnight.

Our recipe today is so easy. And even if you can’t bake you can make this dessert.

It is that easy.

The name is…

Pink Two Bite Brownies.

Your first step is to buy two-bite brownies.

They are sold in the bakery section of grocery stores across Canada and the US.

Optional: Make homemade version of two-bite brownies (don’t make peanut butter layer).

Before we start making this super easy, no bake recipe be sure to have the following ingredients:

  • Two-bite brownies
  • Walnuts
  • Dates
  • Dr. Oetker Strawberry Pudding
  • Milk (2%)
  • Heavy Cream

IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE INSTANT PUDDING!

How to make Pink Two Bite Brownies?

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups walnuts

1 cups pitted dates

Two-bite brownies (store bought)

1 Strawberry pudding

2 cups milk (2%)

1 cup heavy cream

Instructions:

For this recipe you can use 9 x 5 quick bread pan or you can use aluminum foil pie pans (5 inches).

If you are using 9 x 5 pan, please line with aluminum foil.

Your first step is to make base of walnuts and dates.

Add them into a food processor and pulse until the crust is

crumbly and hold together when pinched.

Press the crust into pan(s) and freeze while you making the strawberry pudding.

Using a small glass or bowl mix contents of 1 strawberry packages with 2 TBSP of sugar.

Then gradually whisk in 1/4 cup of milk until smooth. (very important) Set aside.

To a medium size sauce pan add 1 3/4 cups of milk and cook over medium heat until boils.

Quickly add strawberry mixture (strawberry, sugar and milk) into boiled milk and constantly stir until thickened. (1 minute)

Set aside for a second.

Remove pan from the freezer.

OPTIONAL: You can cover walnut base with Nutella and then add two-bite brownies.

Top the walnut crust with two-bite brownies.

Cover everything with hot strawberry pudding.

Transfer to fridge to cool for a few hours.

When ready to serve, whip heavy cream and pour on top of the strawberry pudding.

Decorate with walnuts or chocolate.

-1 can organic chickpea (19 oz)

-cream of tartar

pure vanilla extract

-icing sugar

raspberry oil (optional) or coconut

How to make chickpea whipped cream?

Ingredients

19 oz or 1 can chickpea, organic

1/8 tsp cream of tartar

1/3 cup icing sugar or maple syrup

1 1/2 TBSP pure vanilla extract

Optional: a few drops of raspberry oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Your first step is to drain the liquid from a can of chickpeas.

Because you need to be size zero.

Yes, I know. Life is not fair.

But from time to time, we like to share some healthy recipe.

So, for this special night we are selecting healthy, chocolaty and super tasteful dessert.

The name is – BANANA AND NUTELLA CUPS.

DESCRIPTION

  • The easiest no-bake banana and nutella treat.
  • Only 3 ingredients recipe.
  • Healthy, joyful and fun.

Use good quality chocolate and all natural ingredients if you want “really healthy recipe.”

However, if you want to be a little naughty use the store bought Nutella. (I am not judging you)

Ingredients

1/2 cup Nutella or Nutiva hazelnut spread

1 mashed ripe organic banana

100 gr chocolate – I used Lindt

Decoration: sprinkles

Instructions

Using a double boiler method melt chocolate.

Line 6 cup muffin tin with paper cupcake liners.

Distribute the melted chocolate into the 6 muffin tins.

Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, mix banana and Nutella.

How to make Mocha Nutella Mousse?

Ingredients

2/3 cup very strong coffee (I used this RECIPE)

1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

21 large marshmallows

1/3 cup Nutella

1/2 cup milk

1 package of Dr. Oetker Mousse Supreme (Double chocolate)

Decoration: whip cream, shaved chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS

Our first step for this recipe is making coffee.

For this recipe I used very strong, Turkish coffee.

In case you are interested in making this recipe – CHECK THE LINK

BTW, you can use any kind of coffee you like.

Your next step is to add coffee and marshmallows into a medium saucepan.

Stir until melted.

Then add chocolate chips and keep stirring until all ingredients are smooth and happy together.

Remove from heat and add Nutella. Mix everything together and cool for about 3 hours.

After cooling time mix milk and Dr. Oetker mousse (double chocolate) for about 3 minutes.

Fold into Mocha Nutella chocolate mixture.

Divide among 6 dishes.

Transfer into the fridge for a few hours.

Decorate with whip cream or shaved chocolate.

This recipe is simple, quick and made for this modern, crazy, fast paced world we live in.
Don't feel sorry for yourself.
There is nothing, nothing that chocolate, coffee and Nutella can't cure.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup very strong coffee
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 21 large marshmallows
  • 1/3 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 package of Dr. Oetker Mousse Supreme (Double chocolate)
  • Decoration: whip cream, shaved chocolate

Instructions

    Add coffee and marshmallows into a medium saucepan.

    Stir until melted.

    Add chocolate chips and keep stirring until all ingredients are smooth and happy together.

    Remove from heat and add Nutella. Mix everything together and cool for about 3 hours.

    After 3 hours mix milk and mousse supreme for about 3 minutes.

    Fold into Mocha Nutella chocolate mixture.

    Divide among 6 dishes.

    Transfer into the fridge for few hours. (overnight)

    Decorate with whip cream or shaved chocolate.

How to make Maple Carrot Cheese Cake?

INSTRUCTIONS

3/4 cup butter

3/4 cup brown sugar

3 eggs

1/2 TBSP vanilla extract

1 3/4 + 1/8 cups flour

2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup + 1 TBSP maple syrup

1/4 + 1/8 cup milk (2%)

3 cups grated carrots

1 cup walnuts (toasted)

8 oz cream cheese

2/3 cup butter

1/2 cup heavy cream

6 3/4 cups icing sugar

1/8 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

Use 3 6-inch round cake pans, line the bottoms with parchment paper.

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Making the moist carrot cake

In a medium size bowl whisk flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

For your next step you will need to use the best mixer you have.

Beat the butter until creamy, add brown sugar and keep beating until fluffy.

After that add one egg, mix, add second egg, mix, add third egg and mix.

IMPORTANT: Don’t worry if the mixture look curdled.

1 1/4 cups water (3/4 cup + 1/2 cup water)

Cheese Filling

6 oz cheese, room temperature

1 1/4 cup icing sugar

3/4 cup heavy cream

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Use 12×16 inch jelly roll pan, line with aluminum foil (dull side up).

Spray with baking spray and set aside.

Preheat oven to 350 F.

In a large bowl beat 6 eggs and 3/4 cup sugar until triples in volume. (9 minutes)

Sift the flour, cinnamon, cornstarch, baking powder and salt.

Add into eggs mixture and fold gently using a spatula.

Important: Don’t use mixer when adding flour mixture.

Fold using a spatula.

Be sure that flour mixture is incorporated into eggs mixture.

Spread the batter on the prepared jelly roll pan.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Cool completely.

Add strawberry pudding mixture to boiled strawberries and cook until thicken.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to stir constantly. Set aside for 5 minutes.

In another bowl whip heavy (33%) cream.

Keep it in the fridge until ready for use.

You will need loaf pan (11-5/8″ L x 5-1/8″ W x 2-3/4″ H)

Line your loaf pan with plastic wrap.

How to make KREMBO ROLL CAKE?

Ingredients

6 large eggs (organic)

3/4 cup sugar

1 cup flour (AP)

1 tsp baking powder

1/8 tsp salt

1 tsp cornstarch

Raspberry Jam

Cream Filling

1/2 cup water

1 1/8 cup sugar

3 egg whites

2 tsp pure vanilla extract (check homemade version)

Ganache

3 cups chocolate chips

3 TBSP vegetable oil

Making Roll Cake

Use 12×16 inch jelly roll pan, line with aluminum foil (dull side up).

Spray with baking spray and set aside.

Preheat oven to 350 F.

In a large bowl beat 6 eggs and 3/4 cup sugar until triples in volume. (9 minutes)

Sift the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt.

Add into eggs mixture and fold gently using a spatula.

Important: Don’t use mixer when adding flour mixture.

Fold using a spatula.

Be sure that flour mixture is incorporated into eggs mixture.

Spread the batter on the prepared jelly roll pan.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Cool completely. (for about 2 hours)

Spread the cooled cake with raspberry jam.

Roll the cake.

Cover with plastic wrap or aluminum foil.

Transfer to the fridge for about 3 hours.

Then cut the roll cake with a knife into sizes you like (I did 2 inches or 5 cm). Set aside.

Don’t stir. Just keep cooking until sugar syrup reaches 240 F. (about 8 minutes from boiling moment)

When syrup is almost ready, begin beating the egg whites until soft white froth forms.

Then, when your syrup reaches 240 F, carefully and slowly drizzle the syrup into the mixing egg whites.

Keep whipping the whites and sugar syrup for another 7 to 9 minutes. (or until you can touch the mixing bowl

Add the pure vanilla extract and mix for a few more seconds.

9 oz chocolate, chopped (semi-sweet)

1 2/3 cups heavy cream

1/2 cup milk

1 1/2 TBSP sugar

6 egg yolks

1/4 cup grounded hazelnuts

1 TBSP hazelnut extract

You will need 7 ramekins for this recipe.

Place them in a roasting pan or baking dish. Set aside.

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 F.

Heat the cream and milk in a medium saucepan until almost boiling.

Remove from heat and pour over chopped chocolate.

Stir until smooth. Add hazelnut extract.

In a medium bowl, whisk 6 eggs yolks.

After that add sugar and keep whisking until incorporated.

Your next step is very important:

GRADUALLY add the melted chocolate while whisking.

1/2 cup icing sugar

2 egg yolks

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 3/4 cups flour, all purpose

1/8 tsp salt

OPTIONAL: walnuts, raisins, pecans, melted chocolate

3 eggs

1 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup corn syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Line baking tray with parchment paper or use silicone baking mat.

Set aside.

Beat butter and sugar until smooth.

Add egg yolks and vanilla extract. Mix for about 1 minute.

Add flour,salt and stir until blended.

Divide dough into 2 portions, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.

Now use the smaller cookie cutter (about 2 inches) and cut out the centers of the each cookie.

(it looks like donut shaped cookie).

If you don’t have smaller cookie cutter, use smaller glass.

Stack the donut shaped cookie (the ones with the holes) on top of other cookies (from first portion of dough).

Do your best to make them look unified.

Return to freezer for about 30 minutes.

This is important, so I will repeat again:
