How to make vanilla pudding?

For this recipe you will need 2 vanilla puddings.

Using a small glass or bowl mix contents of 2 vanilla packages with 6 TBSP of sugar.

Then gradually whisk in 1/3 cup of milk until smooth. (very important) Set aside.

To a medium size sauce pan add 3 cups of milk and cook over medium heat until boils.

Quickly add vanilla mixture (vanilla, sugar and milk) into boiled milk and constantly stir until thickened. (1 minute)

Assemble

Spread half of the cooked vanilla pudding over Imperial cookies.

Repeat, layering Imperial cookies and remaining vanilla pudding.
