Making Pink Crunch Brookie

Ingredients

2 1/2 chocolate chips

1 TBSP coconut oil

2 1/2 cups rice cereal

Instructions

Lightly spray brookie pan.

Set aside.

Using a double boiler method melt chocolate chips and coconut oil.

Be sure chocolate is completely melted.

Stir in rice cereal.

Use a spoon to fill brookie cavities with chocolate mixture.

Place in fridge for 3 hours or until set.

Using a spatula, loosen the sides of each cavity and lift out Brookie.

Add pink icing to the center of each Brookie. (if you wish)

Pink Icing

1 cup icing sugar

1 TBSP hot water

pink color

Mix icing sugar and water until smooth.

Add pink color and mix it.

Our recipe today is Black and White Oreo Truffles.

This recipe is very easy to make or to be exact super easy and no bake.

  • Oreo Cookies
  • coconut oil
  • shortening
  • icing sugar
  • vanilla extract
  • chocolate

Equipment

-Food processor

-Mixer

ACTION TIME

Making Black and White Oreo Truffles

Ingredients

17 Oreo Cookies

1/8 cup coconut oil

White frosting

1/3 cup shortening

1 1/2 cup icing sugar

1/2 TBSP vanilla extract

1/8 cup sprinkles

Icing

1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

In the bowl of a food processor whiz 17 Oreo cookies and 1/8 cup coconut oil until they are fine crumbs. (6 min)

Shape into 1 inch balls. (or any size you like)

Place in the freezer for about 1/2 hour.

Our next step is to make white frosting which is super easy.

Add 1/3 cup shortening, 1 1/2 cups icing sugar and 1/2 TBSP vanilla into the mixing bowl.

Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.

Add 1/8 cup sprinkles and mix again.

Take your Oreo balls from the freezer.

Add 1 tsp of white frosting to each Oreo balls.

Smooth your frosting with your hands or spoon.

It doesn’t need to be perfect…still try your best.

Return to the freezer for about one hour.

Chocolate icing

Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips using double boiler method.

The next step is to insert a toothpick into the B&W Oreo truffle.

Dip into chocolate until coated.

Refrigerate until set.

Enjoy and share.

So, let’s start our BAKING SHOW!

Preparation:

Line a 6 cup muffin pan with cupcake liners.

Now, we are ready!

BAKING SHOW STARTS RIGHT NOW

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/4 cup chocolate chips

1 tsp coconut oil

1 1/2 cup rice crisp cereal

white chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt 1 and 1/4 cup of chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil. (Please use double boiler method.)

When chocolate is melted add 1 and 1/2 cup of rice cereal.

Stir and fold until incorporated.

Scoop the mixture into a cupcake liner.

Freeze for about 1/2 hour or in the fridge for 2 hours.

Before we can enjoy the best Peanut Butter and Jelly cups we need to work a little.

And I mean a little. So, let’s job on using a fictional software call PBJ software.

Now, let’s get our ingredients.

PREPARATION

You will need peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, salt, raspberry jam , apricot jam, chocolate, peanuts

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Place 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 TBSP honey, 1/4 cup coconut oil and 1/2 tsp salt in a blender or food processor.

  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1/8 cup melted organic coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp coconut extract
  • 3 oz chocolate

Instructions

  1. Mix honey, coconut oil, vanilla and coconut extract.
  2. Add coconut and mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Mold the mixture into any shape you like...balls, little hearts, bonbons.
  5. Use your imagination...if you have it ... if not...just make balls.
  6. Put the balls back into the fridge.
