So, what do you need to buy?

  • Peeps Marshmallow Chicks
  • Peeps Marshmallow Bunnies
  • Heavy Cream
  • White Chocolate Chips
  • Small Chocolate Easter Eggs
  • Sprinkles

Now, if you have all ingredients we can start making world’s best lasagna

EASTER PEEPS LASAGNA

Ingredients

1 package Marshmallow Chicks

1 package Marshmallow Bunnies

3/4 cup heavy cream

3 1/3 cups white chocolate chips

Decoration:

-Easter eggs, sprinkles, chocolate….

Instructions

Line 9×5 baking pan with aluminum foil.

Spray with baking spray and set aside.

To a medium size bowl add 3 1/3 cups white chocolate chips.

Heat 3/4 cup heavy cream until almost boiled.

Pour over white chocolate and leave for 5 minutes. (don’t mix)

After 5 minutes, using a hand mixer mix white chocolate and cream.

The mixture should be smooth.

Cool it. (about 1 hour)

When you have your white chocolate mixture cooled you are ready to finish making the

best Easter Peep Lasagna.

Open your pink package of Marshmallow bunnies.

Place pink marshmallow bunnies into the bottom of a pan.

Pour the white chocolate filling over the bunnies, making sure they are completely covered.

Add second layer of marshmallow bunnies and cover with the rest of white chocolate filling.

DECORATION

Decorate with sprinkles, chocolate eggs, M&M…

Cover and keep in the freezer.

-When making white chocolate filling be sure the heavy cream is very hot before pouring over white chocolate.

-Don’t mix or stir white chocolate and heavy cream for 5 minutes.

  • Organic wheat

Equipment

-Glass Jar or Glass Cup

-Ceramic Lid (you can’t use metal lid)

Now, if you have all ingredients ready and equipment we can start making the best

WHEAT SPROUTS

Ingredients

3 TBSP organic wheat

water to cover wheat

Instructions

Add 3 TBSP organic wheat into glass jar or cup.

Rinse thoroughly using lukewarm water.

Then using the same glass add water to cover all wheat.

The water should be just a little above the wheat.

Cover with lid and leave it for 24 hours.

AFTER 24 HOURS

Rinse thoroughly but this time using the cold water.

Return rinsed wheat to your glass jar or cup.

Important!

Don’t add water this time.

Cover with lid.

Leave it for 24 hours. (I left it in my kitchen)

After 24 hours you will see little white magic.

Rinse again and leave for another 24 hours.

After 48 hours you will see longer white little tails. Magic tails.

Rinse and drain again. (cold water)

Eat immediately / same day or store in the fridge.

STORAGE LIFE

How long can you keep it in the fridge?

Not for long, I would say no longer than 12 hours.

    Hello my dear readers,

    I hope you are doing well and you are ready for this magic recipe in mini version.

    The name : MINI FERRERO ROCHER TORTE

    So, let’s start with our shopping list.

    SHOPPING LIST

    • hazelnuts
    • eggs, sugar
    • flour
    • cocoa powder
    • baking powder
    • Nutella
    • heavy cream
    • mascarpone cheese
    • crushed wafers

    ACTION TIME

    Making the magic in our kitchen

    Mini Ferrero Rocher Torte

    Ingredients

    • 5 large eggs
    • 6 TBSP sugar
    • 2 cups ground Hazelnuts
    • 2 TBSP flour
    • 2 TBSP cocoa powder
    • 2 tsp baking powder (no aluminum)

    Instructions

    Line 8 inch round pan with foil or if you have use 4 inch round pans. (I used 3 mini 4 inch round pan + 1 6 inch round pan)

    Whisk 5 eggs and 6 TBSP sugar on high speed for about 7 minutes. (until tripled in volume)

    In another bowl (bowl #2) sift 2 TBSP flour, 2 TBSP cocoa and 2 tsp baking powder.

    Then add 2 cups ground hazelnuts and mix all dry ingredients together.

    Using spatula fold dry ingredients into the eggs, in 3 additions. (slowly)

    IMPORTANT: Be very gently when mixing with a spatula.

    I will repeat, be very gently because you don’t want to upset the dough.

    You want the dough to have the fluffiness. Even if you are a jerk you will have to control your anger and be gentle.

    Pour batter into prepared pan/pans and bake at 350 F until done.

    Use a toothpick to check if the cake is done.

    IMPORTANT

    Just stick a toothpick into the center of cake. If it comes out clean, your cake is done!

    Once baked, leave in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.

    Once the cake is cool, slice it into two layers.



    NOTE

    -If you don’t have 4 or 6 inch round pan bake in a pan you have.

    Then use the cookie cutter to cut into desired size.

    FILLING

    1 cup mascarpone cheese

    2 1/2 cups Nutella

    1 cup whip cream

    1 cup crushed Wafers

    1/2 cup Hazelnuts

    Mix 1 cup Mascarpone and 2 1/2 cups Nutella.

    In another bowl mix 1 cup of whip cream.

    Now add whipped cream to Nutella Mascarpone mixture.

    Mix all ingredients together for about 1 minute until colour is dark brown.

    Using your food processor ground 1 cup wafers and ½ cup hazelnuts together.

    Now, you have everything: Cake, Filling and ground hazelnut/wafers mixture.

    The Final Steps – ASSEMBLY LINE

    First layer cake + Nutella filling and sprinkle with crushed wafers/hazelnut mix

    Second layer cake and cover with Nutella filling.

    Decorate outside with crushed wafers/hazelnuts mixture. 

    Use your imagination to decorate your magic cake.
