1/4 cup warm water
Filling
3 cups heavy cream
1/3 cup icing sugar
1/4 cup lemon curd
1/4 cup raspberry jam
1/8 cup whole raspberries
Instructions
Prepare 2 round pans by lining them with parchment paper.

Using a double boiler method, combine white chocolate and 1/4 cup warm water.
