Storage
1.In a Jar in the fridge – Fill a jar to the top. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top and seal closed to keep pesto green.
You can keep it in the fridge for about 2 weeks if you continue to cover the top with olive oil.
2. Ice cube tray – place basil pesto into ice cube tray and freeze. Then use frozen pesto cubes and store in plastic freezer bags.
You can keep in the freezer for up to 6 months.

I use sometimes 15 cloves of garlic in this recipe. (yes, I know but I believe garlic is good for you…)
And I also don’t use Parmesan cheese or pine nuts.

Trust me, you will hear it. At this point retire your spoon unless you want the conflict to escalate.

ALMOST DONE MAKING PIZZA DOUGH
Since I know your are kind and peaceful human being you will start using your hands at this point.
Calmly and surely. (don’t be afraid, you need to practice)
Knead dough until smooth, adding more flour by TBSP. You will know. If you add 2 TBSP of flour and
dough is happy you can stop at that point. You don’t need to use all 1/8 cup of flour.
Transfer to prepared bowl and coat with olive oil.

Cover bowl with tea towel and let dough rise in warm area until double in volume, about 60 min or 1 hour.

How to Freeze Pizza Dough
If you want to freeze, you can wrap the pizza dough in plastic and freeze in a freezer bag for up to 3 months.
