5 STAR KREMBOS COOKIES are the citizen of the world.
Joyful yum with passport in Israel under the name Krembo or Creambo.
In the United Kingdom the name is chocolate teacake, in the United States Mallomars, in Belgium
Melo-Cakes.
Yes, 5 Star krembo cookies are in every country in the world.
From USA to Serbia. Just check the LINK
And because of that let`s revisit the famous quote:

And Krembo in Israel or Munchmallow in East Europe are sure inspiring.
So, my dear baking nation let`s spread love with choco-kisses.
Also, be sure to spend some money in your country by buying the following ingredients.
ACTION TIME
Ingredients
2/3 cup butter, unsalted
1/2 cup icing sugar
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups flour (AP)
1/2 cup water
1 1/8 cup sugar
3 egg whites
2 tsp pure vanilla extract (check homemade version)
3 cups chocolate chips
3 TBSP vegetable oil
For the cookies:
Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
Set aside.
Beat butter and 1/2 cup icing sugar until smooth. (about 2 minutes)
Add egg yolks and vanilla extract and mix for about 1 minute.
Add sifted flour and stir until blended.
Shape into a disc and wrap in plastic wrap.
Chill for about 3 hours.
After chilling….
Time to play with your dough…
Roll it out to 1/4 inch thick.
Cut out the cookies using 2 inch cookie cutter.
Place the cookies on the baking tray with 1 inch space between them.
Bake cookies at 350 F for 10 minutes.
(it should be lightly browned around the edges)
Cool the cookies.
In a small pot bring sugar and water to boil.
Don’t stir. Just keep cooking until sugar syrup reaches 240 F. (about 8 minutes from boiling moment)
When syrup is almost ready, begin beating the egg whites until soft white froth forms.
Then, when your syrup reaches 240 F, carefully and slowly drizzle the syrup into the mixing egg whites.
Keep whipping the whites and sugar syrup for another 7 to 9 minutes. (or until you can touch the mixing bowl
and it is not hot)
Also, you will know it is done when the white mixture is stiff and glossy.
Add the pure vanilla extract and mix for a few more seconds.
Transfer the cream filling into a pipping bag with 1/2 inch round tip.
Pipe filling onto an each cookie.
At this point you are almost done.
Your next step is to place cookies with filling into the freezer.
Freeze for about 3 hours or overnight.
Finally, you are ready for your final step – making chocolate ganache.
Using a double-boiler method melt chocolate chips.
Remove and add oil. Stir until combined.
Pour into a tall glass and let cool to room temperature.
Dip the frozen krembos in the melted chocolate, shake off excess chocolate and place
on a baking sheet or plate to set.

It is homemade and guaranteed to please the whole family.

So, if you are ready to become “expert on happiness” in your kitchen,

But before we start making this homemade pink chocolate, be sure to have
the following ingredients:
ACTION TIME
Ingredients
5 cups chocolate chips (semi sweet, Hershey’s)
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
pink popcorn (see recipe notice)
1 small Kit Kat chocolate
M&M
Line 9 x 5 pan and baking sheet with aluminum foil. Set aside.
Using a double boiler method melt semi sweet chocolate chips.
Pour the melted chocolate into lined 9 by 5 pan and some into baking sheet.
Then melt the white chocolate chips. (use the same double boiler method)
Spoon the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate.
Use a knife to swirl the chocolate together.
After that find your perfect pink popcorn and let’s make the life we always dream of.
Happy Pink life.
Top with pink popcorn, Kit Kat and M&M.
Refrigerate until firm.
Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

ACTION TIME
Ingredients
2 cups + 3 TBSP flour (all purpose)
1/2 + 1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 + 1/4 tsp salt
1 cup butter, unsalted
1 cup white sugar
2/3 cup whole brown sugar, Muscovado
2 eggs, large
1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
5 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped into chunks
5 oz milk chocolate, chopped into chunks
Add the following ingredients into a medium size bowl:
flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the butter until smooth. (1 minute)
After that add sugars and beat until light and fluffy. (about 2 minutes)
Then add eggs, vanilla and mix until incorporated.
Finally add half of the flour mixture and mix until incorporated.
Add the remaining flour until just combined.
And your last step is to add chocolate chunks and fold it.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 day. (no more than 3 days)
AFTER 24 HOURS
Using an ice cream scoop, spoon the dough on to the baking sheet.
IMPORTANT:
I made 2 sizes of cookies: small and large.
For small cookies I use 7/8 oz ice cream scoop
And for the large cookies I used 2 oz ice cream scoop.
BAKING:
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Small cookies I baked 8 minutes and 30 seconds.
The large one I baked for 11 minutes.
Let the cookies cool …

Our recipe today is my grandma’s biggest secret called The Best Grandma’s Lasagna.
She always made it for Christmas or special occasions.
My whole family LOVED this recipe.
It is very cheese and easy to make.
My grandmother used to say – the best lasagna recipe.
So, if you are ready to make the best worlds lasagna ever, you need to buy the following ingredients.

ACTION TIME
Ingredients
1 package lasagna noodles
6 cups marinara sauce
1 jar Catelli, fine herbs (640 ml)
Spinach, chopped (I use organic 1 lbs or 425 gr)
3 cups ricotta cheese
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
3 cups mozzarella, grated
2 eggs (organic and large)
1/2 cup Italian parsley, chopped
2 red peppers, chopped
9 cloves garlic, chopped
1 TBSP oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
IMPORTANT: I used 15.5 x 11.5 pan.
Soak lasagna in hot tap water. (for about 20 minutes). Dry.
Meanwhile add into a large saucepan 6 cups marinara sauce, 1 jar Catelli-fine herbs (640 ml),
chopped Italian parsley, chopped red peppers, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
Bring to boil.
While your red sauce is heating, prepare ricotta filling.
Using a large bowl add the following ingredients:
ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, eggs, salt and pepper.
Mix all ingredients. Set aside.
Now, let’s review what was done:
-Red sauce (heated to boiling)
-Ricotta spinach filling
-Prepare lasagna noodles
If you completed all the steps above you are ready for your last step.
Also, at this point PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 F.
Pour red sauce in the bottom of baking dish.
Add single layer of noodles.
Pour more red sauce over the noodles.
Layer with ricotta cheese filling and mozzarella.
After that add second layer of noodles, red sauce, ricotta filling
and grated mozzarella cheese.
Put another layer of cooked lasagna noodles.
Finish with red sauce, grated mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes at 400 F.

This is my favorite cake. And yours if you are the chestnut lover. Ladies and gentlemen I present you The Chestnut Roll Cake. Let the story begin…
Our recipe today is Chestnut Roll Cake or number 1 recipe
for my family.
So, move over cookies.
I think chestnut roll cake with chestnut filling is the ultimate Christmas treat.
Also, very important – super easy to make.
Above all, no chestnut lover can resist this recipe.
So, let’s do it.
First step is shopping.
You need to buy the following ingredients under the title called…
ACTION TIME
Ingredients
6 large eggs (organic)
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour (AP)
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp cornstarch
CHESTNUT FILLING FOR CAKE
2 cups chestnut cream or about 450 gr (check the recipe notes)
1 cup heavy cream
2 tsp rum
Use 12×16 inch jelly roll pan, line with aluminum foil (dull side up).
Spray with baking spray and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl beat 6 eggs and 3/4 cup sugar until triples in volume. (9 minutes)
Sift the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt.
Add into eggs mixture and fold gently using a spatula.
Important: Don’t use mixer when adding flour mixture.
Fold using a spatula.
Be sure that flour mixture is incorporated into eggs mixture.
Spread the batter on the prepared jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Cool completely. (Don’t roll this cake.)
Mix heavy cream to soft peaks.
Then carefully fold in the chestnut cream and rum.
Be sure to mix all ingredients quickly or until incorporated.
Now, if your cake is cool, spread the cake with chestnut cream filling.
Roll it into a log.
Wrap in plastic wrap and transfer into the freezer.
Ready to serve?
When you are ready to serve, cut into desired sizes, top
with melted chocolate and icing sugar.
(Of course you can cover whole roll cake with chocolate and then cut)
If you are taking roll cake from freezer, leave it on room temperature
for about 90 minutes before you eat.

I used Maxim’s chestnut cream.

Chestnut Roll Cake or number 1 recipe for my family.
So, move over cookies. I think chestnut roll cake is the ultimate Christmas treat.
Also, very important - super easy to make.
No chestnut lover can resist this recipe.
MAKING ROLL CAKE
Use 12×16 inch jelly roll pan, line with aluminum foil (dull side up).
Spray with baking spray and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl beat 6 eggs and 3/4 cup sugar until triples in volume. (9 minutes)
Sift the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt.
Add into eggs mixture and fold gently using a spatula.
Important: Don’t use mixer when adding flour mixture.
Fold using a spatula.
Be sure that flour mixture is incorporated into eggs mixture.
Spread the batter on the prepared jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Cool completely. (Don't roll this cake.)
Making Chestnut Filling
Mix heavy cream to soft peaks.
Then carefully fold in the chestnut cream and rum.
Be sure to mix all ingredients quickly or until incorporated.
Now, if your cake is cool, spread the cake with chestnut cream filling.
Roll it into a log.
Wrap in plastic wrap and transfer into the freezer.
Ready to serve?
When you are ready to serve, cut into desired sizes, top
with melted chocolate and icing sugar.
(Of course you can cover whole roll cake with chocolate and then cut)
If you are taking roll cake from freezer, leave it on room temperature
for about 90 minutes before you eat.

Forever Young – KIT KAT COLLAGEN DRINK!
So, how about that?
If you can’t make connection or it is strange to you…
Trust me, it is the best drink ever.
And because of that you are ready for action.
Let’s start with first step – getting ingredients.
Where to buy collagen – WINNERS
After getting all ingredients your old, young heart is asking, now what?
Let me show you?
Ingredients
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup milk (2%)
Kit Kat chocolate (grounded)
1 1/2 TBSP pure collagen
Decoration: Whip Cream, grounded Kit Kat
Your first step is to ground Kit Kat chocolates. (10 x 12 gr or 120 gr Kit Kat)
Place Kit Kat chocolates into food processor and blend. (about 2 minutes)
Your next step is to add chocolate chips into your favorite bowl.
(I like to use 4 cup measuring cup (glass)) Set aside.
Into a small or medium size pot add heavy cream.
Heat until boils. Remove from heat and pour over chocolate chips.
Leave it for a minute. Stir with a metal or wooden spoon until smooth. Set aside.
After that use the same pot and add 1 cup milk. (the pot you used for heavy cream)
Heat until almost boils.
Remove from heat and add pure collagen.
Mix until incorporated.
Pour into melted chocolate and stir until you make all ingredients happy.
Then add 1/3 cup of grounded Kit Kat.
Stir again and pour into your favorite cups.
Decorate with grounded Kit Kat…
After that … get crazy. Add whip cream and more Kit Kat fine crumbs.

Yes, let’s make our hair GREAT again.
The first thing is getting ingredients.
You will need the following:

3 TBSP onion juice (from 1 large,organic onion)
3 TBSP lemon juice
1 egg yolk (large size)
2 TBSP and 1/4 tsp honey
Your first step is to mix 3 TBSP onion juice and 3 TBSP of lemon juice.
Use small cup or bowl for ingredients.
After that add egg yolk and honey.
Mix until all ingredients are combined.

Finally, massage into the scalp.
