Want to make something that you can eat with the angels when you are traveling by plane.
Do you know what I am talking about?
Of course you do.
What can I say about them? The white is all fluffy, like a feather filled pillow while the orange yolk remains intact and oozy.
It really looks like a sun in the middle of puffy white clouds.
This reach breakfast is done in 15 min.
-eggs (organic if you can)
-bowl for mixing
2 eggs (organic)
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp oregano
MAKE THE CLOUD EGGS
Preheat oven to 450 F.
Separate eggs, being careful to keep the egg yolks whole.
Using a clean bowl whip 2 egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Using a rubber spatula, add salt and black pepper. (be gently, you don't want to deflate the whites).
Spoon into 2 mounds on parchment lined baking sheet.
Using the back of a spoon, create a deep well in the center or each mound.
Bake for 5 minutes at 450 F.
Next step is to add 1 yolk to each well.
Season with oregano.
Bake for another 3 minutes.
