- Organic Spring Mix
- Apple Cider Vinegar
Making the best homemade salad
HEALTHY HOMEMADE SALAD
1 package of Organic Spring Mix (smaller package, 142 gr)
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar (organic)
3 TBSP oil (any oil you like)
1 clove of garlic (cut into small pieces)
1/2 tsp salt
The first step is to make the salad dressing.
Add the following ingredients into a glass measuring cup:
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar, 3 TBSP oil, garlic and 1/2 tsp salt.
Mix all ingredients using a metal or wooden spoon. Set aside.
Place organic spring mix into salad bowl.
Add sliced tomatoes.
Pour dressing over your organic salad.
Toss gently to coat evenly.
DIVIDE salad evenly between 3 serving plates and top each with FETA cheese.
Top with feta cheese or any cheese you like.
