Help is coming by name the Potato Feta Onion Pie.
For this recipe you need the following ingredients…
- feta cheese
- sour cream
- salt, black pepper

ACTION TIME – Making Potato Feta Onion Pie
Phyllo (thawed if frozen)-10 sheets
2 1/2 lbs potato
3 – 5 onions, chopped
1/2 cup Feta cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 TBSP salt
1/2 +1/8 tsp black pepper
Coat an 9×13 inch baking pan with 2 TBSP oil and set aside.
Peel and grate potatoes, rinse and allow to drain in a strainer.
Then transfer into a large bowl.
Add chopped onions, salt and pepper.
Your filling is ready for phyllo sheets.
Now, place 2 sheets of phyllo dough on a work surface.
Spread potato/onion filing.
Roll into a cigar shape.
Repeat until all potato/onion filling is used.
Drizzle oil on top and spread 1/2 cup of sour cream over oil.
Bake at 400 F for about 30 minutes.
Use 1/2 cup warm water and spread over the baked pie.
Drizzle feta cheese on top. (I used 1/2 cup, you can use as much as you want to)
Return to oven for additional 5 minutes.
Cool it for 15 minutes.
