1 1/4 cups chocolate chips

1 TBSP honey

2 1/4 cups puffed wheat cereal

INSTRUCTIONS

Line 9 by 5 pan with aluminum foil. (don’t spray). Set aside.

Using a double boiler method melt chocolate chips.

Remove from stove and add honey. Quickly stir.

Your next step is to add puffed wheat cereal.

Stir until all ingredients are incorporated.

Pour into prepared 9 by 5 pan and level so that the surface is as even as you can get it.

Transfer to the fridge for a few hours.

When you are ready to eat: Remove from the fridge, slice into desired sizes and enjoy.

1/4 cup fresh spinach

Italian parsley

Salt

1 tsp olive lil

INSTRUCTIONS

Add egg, chopped spinach, Italian parsley and salt to a small bowl or plate.

Mix using the fork. Set aside.

Heat 1 tsp olive oil in nonstick pan until hot.

Pour egg spinach mixture into pan.

Let it cook until top surface of egg is thickened. (no visible liquid egg remains)

Then use the spatula or knife to flip the egg spinach mixture.

Continue cooking for 10 seconds and then slide onto plate.
