Dalgona Coffee with Nutella.
DESCRIPTION
Dalgona coffee is named after sugary and foamy South Korean candy.
The ingredients are simple and the recipe is super easy.
Anyone can make this drink. Even YOU.
Yes, you who are afraid of kitchen.
So, if you never try any recipe this is the ONE.
Mix 3 basic cheap ingredients to make whipped coffee. They are:
-instant coffee, sugar and water.
Heat the milk, add the Nutella. Top with whipped coffee. And you are done.
You are actually a genius. Believe in yourself and have fun.
Yes, I know I am slightly obsession with Dalgona Coffee.
Don’t judge me. I am staying inside and this is my favorite drink now.
Originally I started with Dalgona Korean Homemade Coffee – 5 Star Drink …. but my chocolate heart needed a little more.
A little more is called Nutella.
Don’t you feel already better?
I know I do and from there let’s go to the kitchen and make this Korean coffee with Italy addition.

- SUGAR
- MILK (2%)
- NUTELLA
How to make Dalgona Coffee with Nutella
(for 2 people)
Ingredients
2 1/2 TBSP instant coffee
3 TBSP sugar
3 TBSP very hot water
1 cup milk (HOT)
1 TBSP Nutella
Instructions
Add instant coffee, sugar and hot water into mixing bowl. (I use KitchenAid mixer)
Start mixing at the lowest speed for 1 minutes.
Then increase the speed to the highest and mix for about 2 minutes or until fluffy and hard peaks forms. ( I did it for 1 minute and 30 seconds)
Heat the milk until almost boiled. Remove from heat.
Take 2 of your favorite glasses, jars or cups and add 1/2 TBSP of Nutella to each glass.
Pour the hot milk over the Nutella and mix until ingredients are incorporated.
You are almost done. Your last step is to spoon whipped coffee mixture on top. (as much or as little as you want to)
Optional: Decorate with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, sprinkles…
