Blueberry White Chocolate Frosting

Yes, I know.

Healthy and delicious.(wink, wink…)

This recipe represents a very slutty frosting that can be seen with all kind of sweet human beings.

Cakes, cupcakes, tortes or anything else….

Blueberry White Chocolate Frosting has no borders.

It will jump on, in or to.

So, it is your call.

And, BTW-Very important!

It only requires 3 ingredients.

So, let’s start shopping.

Shopping List

-white chocolate

-heavy cream

-fresh blueberries

Equipment

-food processor

-hand mixer

-2 bowls (1 for blueberries, 1 for white chocolate)

-1 small saucepan (to heat heavy cream)

Now, if you have everything ready we can start our baking show.

Blueberry White Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

3/4 cup heavy cream

2 and 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

3/4 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions:

Wash blueberries with a mixture of 3 parts water and 1 part white vinegar.

Rinse under cool water and dry.

Now find your food processor.  I hope you have it.

Add 3/4 cup of blueberries into a food processor.

Process until smooth, about 1 minute.

Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl.

Set aside.

Add white chocolate chips into 4 cup measuring glass (or bowl).

Boil 3/4 cup heavy cream in a small saucepan.

Pour over white chocolate chips.

Leave it for 5 minutes. (don’t mix)

After 5 minutes, using a hand mixer mix white chocolate and cream.

The mixture should be smooth.

Cool it. (about 1 hour)

When you have your white chocolate mixture cooled add blueberry juice.

You will add about 5 TBSP of juice.

Mix using a spatula or wooden spoon.

Cover and leave in the fridge for 3 hours to overnight.

  • 2 and 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup fresh blueberries

  15. You will add about 5 TBSP of juice.

  17. Cover and leave in the fridge for 3 hours to overnight.
