And today is one of the days when you are not getting one but 3 recipes. 3 Healthy Recipes? Why?

Because you need it. I need it. We need it. Yes, my dear food nation after many, many sweet, chocolaty and sinfully delicious recipes it is time to change. But don’t worry…It is only for today. 5 star cookies will still provide you with many super sweet and heavenly chocolaty recipe…But until then let me describe 3 healthy recipes for today’s post.

Pink Healthy Drink is one of the best drinks I ever try. Super easy to make and it is so tasty, sweet and full of “pinky life” that I can’t say No to. Also, it is a great drink if you are on diet and you are craving “sweet sinful life”.

This drink is made of only two ingredients: pineapple and raspberries. And I promise you, you are not going to miss Nutella or chocolate…(sorry, I think I just lied…but think this way. You will be happy drinking the pink healthy drink. Why? Because the happiness is what your life need now! And this amazing drink will deliver it.) So, forget Nutella and chocolate for a day or few. Please, focus your mind to the pink drink number 1.

What is the healthy drink number 2?

If you are looking for healthy recipes for lunch or breakfast this is your drink. It is green. (Yes, I know and I can hear you.) So, don’t worry. It is super healthy and full of flavor. You will be making this drink every day, over and over again. Why? Because you love it and you can’t believe how good it is.

It is made of few healthy ingredients: kiwi, pineapple, banana and spinach. Yes, yes and yes. The recipe for your success.

And our last one is the drink for your neck. Yes, your neck need to get spoiled with the healthy drinks too. So, what is it? It is made of two healthy and happy ingredients: Salt and Organic Olive Oil! So, say hello to your best life and let’s make the drinks for our body and our mind. Ingredients

PINK HEALTHY RECIPES

1 cup pineapple, fresh and chopped

1/2 cup fresh raspberries

3/4 cup water

10 TBSP pink Himalayan salt

20 TBSP organic olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Gather all ingredients and add to your favorite blender.

Pulse a few times until you get smooth, pink drink.

MAKING HEALTHY RECIPES FOR YOUR NECK

For this recipe you will need glass jar with lid.

Add 10 TBSP of pink salt into the jar.

After that add the organic oil.

Mix together with wooden spoon. Cover with the lid and keep it for 3 days on room temperature.

After 3 days the mixture will get bright color. So, it is ready for your neck.

How to use it?

In the morning, use a bit of this mixture and gently rub into your neck. (or massage your neck)

Day 1: Please use olive oil and salt mixture only for 2 to 3 minutes. (no more). Then use the hot water to wet your towel and then rub off the neck area with it. You will love it.

If you see any rashes appearing, sprinkle with mild baby powder.

Repeat the routing every day following the time below.

On day 2 slowly increase the neck massage by 2 minutes. So, day two the massage is for 5 minutes.

Day 3 for 7 minutes, day 4 for 9 minutes, day 5 for 11 minutes, day 6 for 13 minutes, day 7 for 15 minutes, day 8 – 17 minutes, day 9 – 19 minutes, day 10 – 20 minutes.
