For this recipe we are going to use the following:

  • leftover yellow cake or any cake you have
  • leftover chocolate chip cookies
  • raspberry syrup
  • fondant (Wilton)

Ingredients

-leftover yellow cake

-leftover chocolate chip cookies

-raspberry syrup

-fondant

Instructions

Place all leftovers into the food processor.

Process until it resemble fine crumbs.

Add in raspberry syrup a little bit at a time until the mixture is moist and can hold a shape.

Next step is to form a long log using your hands.

Store in a freezer for a few hours or overnight.

FONDANT

Roll out the fondant to the size of your log.

Place the log on one side of fondant and begin rolling up.

Use your fingers to press fondant against the log.

Be sure that the log is completely covered in the fondant.

Return to the freezer for another hour or as long as you want to.

Before serving

Using a knife cut off the excess fondant.

Cut the roll into any size you like.
