If you don’t have a lots of time and you want quick lunch for yourself or your family, I have
recipe for you.
It is really addition to our previous post, Yogurt Italian Parsley Dip.
So, I am not going to waste our time and I will start our baking show
Let’s do it, Baking Nation.
Yogurt Italian Parsley Dip – Salad Version
1 1/3 cups Greek Yogurt (organic if you can)
1 large cucumber, peeled and diced (about 2 cups)
1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley (minced)
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 large tomatoes (diced)
1/8 cup feta cheese
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp oregano
In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, diced tomatoes,parsley, garlic,
tomato lemon juice, salt, pepper and oregano.
Sprinkle with feta cheese and enjoy your lunch.
