Shopping List

  • potato
  • Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • oil
  • St-Hubert Poutine Sauce
  • salt, pepper, oregano
  • garlic

ACTION TIME

MAKING PHILADELPHIA POUTINE

Ingredients

3 lbs baking potatoes

3 TBSP oil

8 oz Philadelphia cheese

1 can St-Hubert Poutine Sauce

salt, pepper and oregano (use to your taste)

Optional: garlic and feta cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel potatoes and cut them into sticks about an inch wide. (or any size you like, just make sure they are uniform)

Soak them in a large bowl covered with water for 30 minutes.

Your next step is to drain and dry potato.

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Using a large bowl toss the fries with 3 TBSP oil, salt, pepper and oregano.

Arrange potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 35 minutes.

Be sure potatoes is baked.

How do you know if it is baked?

Use the fork and try. If fork goes through easily it is done.

Also check the color. The color should be golden brown.

While potato is being baked prepare cheese and poutine sauce.

Philadelphia Cheese

Cut 8 oz of Philadelphia cheese into any size you like. Set aside.

St-Hubert Poutine Sauce

-no hard work, just JOY!

Using a small bowl, preheat St-Hubert Poutine sauce.

When it starts to boil add garlic.

(Adding garlic is optional.)

BTW, it is the best sauce. Ever.

To ASSEMBLE

When potatoes is baked, remove from the oven.

Place the fries onto your favorite plate, top with the Philadelphia cheese, pour over the best St-Hubert gravy and enjoy.

Serve HOT.
