Your first step:
- chocolate chips
- peanut butter
- corn syrup
- icing sugar
- graham crumbs
- heavy cream
Making the one and only
EAT-MORE PEANUT BUTTER PIE
1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
1 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup chopped peanuts
PEANUT BUTTER FILLING
2/3 cup peanut butter (smooth)
2 /3 cup icing sugar
1/3 +1/8 cup graham crumbs
1/8 cup butter (salted)
EAT-MORE PIE BASE
Line 9 inch pie pan with aluminum foil.
Spray with baking spray and set aside.
Melt chocolate chips, corn syrup and peanut butter over a medium heat stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add oats and chopped peanuts.
Pour into prepared pan.
Your next step is to add peanut butter filling.
PEANUT BUTTER FILLING
Combine icing sugar and graham crumbs in a small bowl. Set aside.
Melt peanut butter and butter.
Add icing sugar/graham crumbs into melted butter and stir until all ingredients are incorporated.
Pour into eat-more pie base and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Make Chocolate Explosion
1 cup chocolate chips
100 gr Lindt Hazelnut Chocolate (chopped)
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 TBSP rum
Instructions for Chocolate Explosion
Using a double boiler method melt chocolate chips, hazelnut chocolate and heavy cream until smooth.
Add rum and mix until incorporated.
Pour over peanut butter filling and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve with whip cream and ice cream.
