For this recipe you need to have the following ingredients or I like to call it:

SHOPPING LIST

  • Graham Crackers
  • Butter (organic if you can)
  • Brown Sugar
  • Semisweet Chocolate
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Toasted Coconut Marshmallows
  • Walnuts

ROCKY COCONUT WALNUT BARK

Ingredients

Whole graham crackers to cover 8×8 baking pan (or 9 inch)

1/3 cup unsalted butter

3 TBSP brown sugar

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup chocolate chip cookies

5 oz semisweet chocolate, melted

1 1/3 cup coconut marshmallows

2/3 cup walnuts, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Line 8 inch baking pan with aluminum foil. (or 9 inch baking pan)

How to line a pan with aluminum foil?

Line bottom of pan with crackers in single layer. Set aside.

In a small sauce pan combine butter, sugar and salt.

Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute.

Pour the mixture over graham crackers.

Spread to cover all crackers.

Bake at 375 F for about 7 minutes.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Cover chocolate chips with melted chocolate. (YUM)

Top with chopped walnuts and toasted coconut marshmallows.

Sprinkle more melted chocolate over toasted marshmallows.

Freeze for about 15 minutes.

Cut into squares or any shape you desired.
