Let’s stop. It can be embarrassing to talk about the power of this cake. So, let’s make it…wait a second. We already made this cake. (we are so lucky, don’t you think). This is the link. EQUIPMENT NEEDED

-stand-up mixer or hand mixer

-mixing bowl

-saucepan (medium size)

-baking sheet (12 by 16 inches)

ACTION TIME

MAKING Kinder Oreo Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs

3/4 cup yogurt, (plain, Greek)

1/4 cup water

3/4 cup coffee

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup olive oil

1 3/4 cups flour (all purpose, unbleached)

3/4 cup cocoa powder

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 TBSP baking soda

Oreo Cream Cheese Filling

8 oz cream cheese

3/4 cup icing sugar

1/2 cup heavy cream

9 Oreo Cookies (very fine crumbs)

6 Oreo Cookies (roughly chopped)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: Use 1/2 cup of Nutella

Also optional ( I did it)

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

Dr. Oetker Whip It (if you don’t have it, don’t use it)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING Oreo Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Spray with baking spray and set aside.

To the plastic bowl add flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda. Set aside.

Add to the mixing bowl the following ingredients: eggs, yogurt, coffee, water, oil, vanilla extract.

Mix all ingredients until well combined. (3 to 5 minutes)

Then add dry ingredients and mix until all ingredient are incorporated.

Pour the batter into prepared baking sheet.

Bake at 350 F for 17 minutes or until done.

Use toothpick to check if the cake is done.

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool.

MAKING Oreo Cream Cheese Filling for the Best Cheesecake

In a mixing bowl mix cream cheese, icing sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.

Then add heavy cream and mix until incorporated.

Your next step is to add Oreo cookies. (9 Oreo cookies as fine crumbs and 6 Oreo cookies roughly chopped)

Just stir Oreo cookies in using the wooden spoon or spatula.

ASSEMBLE OF Kinder Oreo Cheesecake Recipe

Place 7 by 7 inch on serving plate (or baking pan)

Optional: Cover 7 by 7 inch cake with Nutella. (about 1/2 cup or more if you want to)

Then top Nutella with with Oreo Cream Cheese Filling. (all of it)

Chill in refrigerator for about 3 hours or overnight.

The next step is optional.

Mix heavy cream and Whip it.

Cover the Oreo frosting with heavy cream.

Decorate with crushed Oreo, Oreo cookies and chopped chocolate.

Quick Note

Cheese – I used the Philadelphia cheese. (you can use mascarpone cheese or any cream cheese you use for baking)

Flour – use all purpose, unbleached flour.

Eggs – use large, organic eggs (say hello to your local farmers market)

Yogurt – Greek, organic yogurt. (2%)

Heavy Cream – I used 35%

Vanilla Extract – use pure vanilla extract if you can. Now, for a years I am using homemade vanilla extract. Check the LINK.
