Organic Spring Mix
apple cider vinegar
olive oil or any kind you like
clove of garlic
(cut into small pieces)
The first step is to make the salad dressing.
Add the following ingredients into a glass measuring cup:
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar, 3 TBSP oil, garlic and 1/2 tsp salt.
Mix all ingredients using a metal or wood spoon. Set aside.
Place organic spring mix into salad bowl.
Add sliced tomatoes.
Drizzle with your homemade salad dressing and mix well.
Top with feta cheese.
Enjoy and share.
DIVIDE salad evenly between serving plates and top each with FETA cheese.
