Healthy Homemade Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 package Organic Spring Mix
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 TBSP oil olive oil or any kind you like
  • 1 clove of garlic (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tomatoes organic
  • feta cheese optional

Instructions

  • The first step is to make the salad dressing.                  
  • Add the following ingredients into a glass measuring cup:
    1/3 cup apple cider vinegar, 3 TBSP oil, garlic and 1/2 tsp salt.
  • Mix all ingredients using a metal or wood spoon. Set aside.
  • Place organic spring mix into salad bowl.
  • Add sliced tomatoes.
    Drizzle with your homemade salad dressing and mix well.
  • OPTIONAL
    Top with feta cheese.

    DIVIDE salad evenly between serving plates and top each with FETA cheese.
