Mix using the fork. Set aside.
Heat 1 tsp olive oil in nonstick pan until hot.
Pour egg spinach mixture into pan.
Let it cook until top surface of egg is thickened. (no visible liquid egg remains)
Then use the spatula or knife to flip the egg spinach mixture.
Continue cooking for 10 seconds and then slide onto plate.
