Mix all ingredients by KitchenAid mixer (or your favorite one)
Yes, this step is simple. Add flour, eggs, coffee, milk, salt and vanilla into mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
I will repeat: Be sure that all ingredients are mixed well. (BE SURE BATTER IS LUMP-FREE)
Refrigerate for 1 hour. (I don't)
Next step is to heat and grease the pan. ( I used very small one, 5 inches.)
Grease the pan using 1/2 tsp of oil.
Heat 5 inch pan until hot.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the pan.
Swirl it to spread the batter evenly over the bottom.
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until the crepe is golden on the bottom.
Flip crepe and cook for another 10 seconds. Remove from pan and place on a plate as you go.
Be sure to cover cooked crepes with aluminum foil to keep them from drying out.
Repeat this process until no more batter remains.
Now, is my favorite part. Adding Nutella filling to the perfect crepes.

Spoon Nutella filling onto each crepe. (use as much as you want to)
Top with whip cream and fold the crepe. Repeat until done.
