  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ripe bananas, mashed using fork (3 bananas)
  • 1 1/2 cups flour (AP, unbleached)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups walnuts (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Chocolate Icing
  • 4 TBSP milk
  • 3 TBSP sugar
  • 4 oz or (120 gr) chocolate (chopped)

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 F.

    Line 9 x 13 pan with aluminum foil.

    In a bowl #1 add flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

    Using a mixing bowl, mix together butter and sugar.

    After that, add eggs and mix until incorporated.

    Your next step is to add mashed bananas, vanilla extract and mix quickly.

    Finally add flour mixture to the batter.

    And you are almost done.

    Your last step is to mix in mini chocolate chips and walnuts.

    Pour into prepared 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 F for about 21 minutes or until done.

    Heat milk and sugar until almost boiled. Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate.
