Ingredients
- 3 TBSP instant coffee
- 3 TBSP sugar
- 3 TBSP very hot water
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
Add instant coffee, sugar and hot water into mixing bowl. (I use KitchenAid mixer)
Start mixing at the lowest speed for 1 minutes.
Then increase the speed to the highest and mix for about 2 minutes or until fluffy and hard peaks forms. ( I did it for 1 minute and 30 seconds)
Take 2 of your favorite glass or cups and fill them with cold milk.
If you want to know how much of milk for each glass, it depends how tall your glass is.
Fill 1/2 of a glass with milk or as much as you want to.
Your next step is to spoon whipped coffee mixture on top. (use as much as you want to)
Optional: Decorate with whip cream.
Drink immediately.
