Banana Help Tea - Sleep Like a Baby

If you want to sleep like a baby make this amazing tea called Banana Help Tea.

You will need to buy organic banana, cinnamon and organic honey.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 organic banana (must be organic)
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp honey

Instructions

    Bring water to boil in a medium or small size pot.
    Wash and scrub an organic banana.
    Cut both ends off banana and place banana into boiling water.
    Boil for 10 minutes.
    Using a strainer, pour the banana help tea into a cup.
    Sprinkle 1/8 tsp of cinnamon into tea.
    Let it sit for about 10 minutes and then add 1/2 tsp honey.
    Drink 1 hour before bed.
    And you will sleep like a baby. I know I did.
