Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 TBSP milk
  • 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 TBSP oregano
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese
  • 3 clover of garlic or 1 onion

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375 F.

    Spray the glass pan with baking spray. Set aside.

    Prepare the broccoli by cutting into small broccoli florets.

    Put the prepared broccoli to the bottom of the glass pan.

    Sprinkle with cheese and chopped red peppers over the broccoli.

    Your next step is to add eggs, milk, salt, black pepper and oregano into the
    medium size bowl.

    Beat all ingredients until incorporated.

    Pour the eggs mixture over broccoli/cheese/pepper mixture.

    Use the fork or spoon to gently stir so that all ingredients are mixed well
    together.

    Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes, remove from the oven and sprinkle with feta cheese.

    Return to the oven and bake for additional 7 minutes.

    Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh minced garlic or onions.

    Serve immediately with yogurt, sour cream and green salad.

    If you have leftovers store in the fridge.
