Bliss in every bite - Magical Easy Coconut Balls
Using a double boiler method melt the white chocolate and heavy cream.
Remove from the stove and grate marzipan into the heavy cream mixture.
Stir it and add butter.
Then add 1/2 cup of coconut and mix.
Place in the fridge until the paste thickens enough.
Then shape into balls and roll into coconut.
Another option is to roll into cinnamon.
Store in the fridge.
