These cookies are to die for.
Full of chocolate chips, Lind chocolate and pecans...
First step is to add dry ingredients to the bowl which is all purpose flour, salt and baking soda.
Stir until all dry ingredients are combined. Set aside.
Your step 2 is to cream butter with both sugars.
Then add egg and mix until smooth.
Add vanilla extract and mix for a few seconds.
Then add flour mixture to batter mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
Add all chocolates and pecans and mix by hand.
Using ice cream scoop, form cookie dough balls. (4oz)
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 3 hours or until the dough balls are frozen.
Place in freezer plastic bags.
You can freeze for about 3 months.
Bake at 350 F for 13 to 14 minutes.
If you don't freeze the cookies bake for 12 minutes or until done.
