The perfect combo of coffee and chocolate.
Quick to make, no bake recipe.
Add milk, sugar, chocolate and coffee powder into small saucepot.
Over a medium heat bring all ingredient to a simmer, whisking until the chocolate is melted.
In another small cup add cool coffee and cornstarch. Mix until incorporated.
Then mix cornstarch coffee mixture into hot chocolate mixture.
Keep stirring over medium heat until it returns to a simmer point. (about 3 minutes)
Pour the chocolate coffee mixture into 2 small glasses and place plastic wrap on top of it.
Important: Plastic wrap needs to touch the chocolate mixture directly. (You don't want the skin on top of chocolate)
Transfer to the fridge for 3 hours or overnight.
Decorate and enjoy the best no-bake dessert.
