You will love this healthy, happy whipped cream.
The name is - CHICKPEA WHIPPED CREAM
Super easy to make.
Your first step is to drain the liquid from a can of chickpeas.
Transfer the liquid to the mixing bowl. ( I use Kitchen-aid mixer).
Add 1/8 tsp of cream tartar and begin whipping.
Slowly add icing sugar and continue to whip until form stiff peaks. (about 5 minutes)
Your next step is to add pure vanilla extract. Keep mixing for a minute.
Final step is to add icing sugar and keep mixing until done.
OPTIONAL: Turn off the mixer and add oil of your choice. (coconut, raspberry,orange...)
Mix again for few seconds.
Serve immediately on raspberries or any fruit you like.
