So addictive, smooth and delicious
Using the double boiler method melt white chocolate chips. Set aside to cool.
Add white hazelnuts (no skins) to the powerful blender or food processor.
Blend it for about 15 minutes.
IMPORTANT: Blend for 3 minutes, scrape the sides down then take break for 2 minutes and keep going until you get nut butter consistency.
When you get nut consistency start adding the melted white chocolate and coconut oil.
Blend until all ingredients are combined.
Important: Add more coconut oil if you want bueno spread to be runnier.
Transfer to glass jar.
Cover with lid and keep on room temperature for about 7 days.
