How to make organic yogurt

This is 3 ingredients recipe

Way cheaper than buying yogurt at the store (so, yes you will save a lots of money)

It is healthy (there is no sugar or additives

Ingredients

  • 6 cups of milk(3.25%)
  • 3 TBSP sour cream
  • 3 TBSP yogurt

Instructions

    Your first step is to place 6 cups of milk or 1.5 l in a large pot and heat milk to 33 to 35 Celsius or (91 to 95 F)

    Meanwhile, in a small cup mix sour cream and yogurt until combined.

    When your milk reach a temperature 91 to 95 F (33 to 35 C), remove from the heat.

    Mix in the mixture of sour cream and yogurt, stirring until yogurt is well blended.

    Cover with lid, plastic wrap or aluminum foil.

    Wrap in warm towel. (just think kid going skiing).

    IMPORTANT:

    Be sure the room is not cold. (yes, this is super important)

    Then let it sit overnight. (8 to 10 hours)

    Transfer to the fridge for a 6 to 8 hours. (I left it for 6 hrs)

    Yes, you just made your homemade organic yogurt.

For this recipe I used organic milk, 3.25%

Also the sour cream and yogurt were organic - Olympic organic sour cream and yogurt
