Super easy and quick breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The recipe is using all of your favorite ingredients or I like to say "whatever floats your boat"
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Now you are ready for the recipe.
Your first step is to cut the top of the bread.
Then scoop out the bread in the center and make your French bread boat.
Place your French bread boat in a baking sheet or pan (9 by 13 inch).
Add grated mozzarella cheese into the hollow center of the bread.
Crack 4 eggs on top of the cheese and season with salt, black pepper and oregano.
Cover eggs with spinach and top with the rest of grated mozzarella cheese and peppers .
Bake at 375 F for 30 to 35 minutes. (depends how baked you want your eggs to be)
Remove from oven and top with fresh garlic and feta cheese.
Optional: you can add fresh tomatoes, Italian parsley, chopped onions.
