Dates - I used organic, pitted dates by Royal Palm. They are full of nutrients, high in protein, with healthy carbs, fats and fiber. So, please use the organic dates if you can. The cost of 170 gr or 6 oz is $3.99. (Winners)
Prunes - are just dried plumbs. For this recipe I used pitted prunes by Basse. (check online website like amazon or visit healthy stores near you). Also, prunes are source of potassium, high in vitamins, fiber.
