  • 8 cups spring water
  • 3 lemons (juice of lemons)
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • basil (I used 9 of them)

Instructions

    Add water, juice of lemons, sliced cucumbers and basil into your favorite glass bowl. (Please use the glass, not the plastic)

    Then allow 3 hours for the ingredients to alkalize the water.

    Drink this water first thing in the morning and keep doing it through the day.

    You will start to feel energized and refreshed.

    If you want to lose weight start adding the meals with alkalizing ingredients like oats, seeds, brown rice and so on.
