Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk (2%)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cups flour
- 1 TBSP baking powder
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- Ice Cream (vanilla, chocolate ...)
Instructions
- Bowl #1: mix 2 cups flour, baking powder, sugar and salt
- Using a mixing bowl, beat 4 eggs for about 3 minutes on high speed.
- Add milk and olive oil. Mix it.
- Add flour mixture and mix until smooth.
- Cook as your waffle maker directs.
- Place the waffle on a plate and top with ice cream and chocolate.
- Enjoy.
