Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the vinegar and salt in a bowl.
  2. Use a long piece of medical cloth and soak it in the vinegar/salt mixture.
  3. Wrap it loosely around your knee.
  4. Leave it overnight.
  5. Repeat the process for 7 days.
