Chocolate Coffee Bombs

Ingredients

  • 5 oz chocolate
  • 1 TBSP milk (2%)
  • 1 1/2 TBSP butter
  • 1/2 dl whip cream (1/5 cup)
  • 1/2 TBSP instant coffee
  • 1 cup walnuts (toasted)

Instructions

  1. Heat oven at 350 F.
  2. Spread 1 cup walnuts on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast for about 10 minutes.
  4. Cool it.
  5. Cut into small pieces or grind in a food processor.
  6. Melt the chocolate, milk and butter in a double boiler.
  7. Cool for 3 minutes.
  8. Add whip cream and coffee and mix. (use mixer)
  9. Then add walnuts and mix again.
  10. Take a walnut size amount of the mixture and roll it into a ball.
  11. Decorate with walnuts, chocolate, sprinkles...
