Your cookies are spectacular.
Add the following ingredients into a medium size bowl:
flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the butter until smooth. (1 minute)
After that add sugars and beat until light and fluffy. (about 2 minutes)
Then add eggs, vanilla and mix until incorporated.
Finally add half of the flour mixture and mix until incorporated.
Add the remaining flour until just combined.
And your last step is to add chocolate chunks and fold it.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 day. (no more than 3 days)
AFTER 24 HOURS
Using an ice cream scoop, spoon the dough on to the baking sheet.
IMPORTANT:
I made 2 sizes of cookies: small and large.
For small cookies I use 7/8 oz ice cream scoop
And for the large cookies I used 2 oz ice cream scoop.
BAKING:
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Small cookies I baked 8 minutes and 30 seconds.
The large one I baked for 11 minutes.
