Fake News Chestnut Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed potato
  • 1 and 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 1/2 cups finally ground walnuts
  • 1 TBSP rum
  • 1 TBSP cocoa or 1 oz melted chocolate
  • whip cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix 2 cups mashed potato and 1 1/2 cup icing sugar.
  2. Add 1/2 cup butter and mix again.
  3. When you have mashed potato, sugar and butter mix well add 2 1/2 cups finally ground walnuts and 1 TBSP rum.
  4. Mix all ingredients well.
  5. You are almost done.
  6. Take 2 cups of the mixture and pour into plate.
  7. To the rest of the mixture add 1 TBSP cocoa or 1 oz melted chocolate. Mix it.
  8. Pour this dark mixture over the light one.
  9. Roughly chop the chocolate over the cake and put in the fridge for a few hour or overnight.
  10. Slice your piece, add whip cream and enjoy.
