Ingredients
- 1 Can Pure Pumpkin (398 ml)
- 1 Can Evaporated Milk (300 ml)
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Melted Butter
- 1 Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Grease 9x13 baking pan and set aside.
- Mix the pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs, salt, cinnamon.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Sprinkle yellow cake mix evenly over the entire pumpkin mixture.
- Pour the melted butter over the top.
- Top with chopped walnuts.
- Bake for 55 min at 350 F or until done.
- Serve warm or cold, top with whip cream or ice cream.
