Nutella Oreo Cookie Cups and Charlie bit my finger

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup AP flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • Filling:
  • 6 TBS Nutella
  • 3 TBS Oreo Spread

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Spray muffin pans with baking spray.
  3. Cream 1/2 cup butter, add sugars and continue creaming until light and fluffy.
  4. Add 1 egg and 1 tsp vanilla.
  5. Mix thoroughly.
  6. In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking soda and salt.
  7. Add to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  8. Roll dough into balls. ( I used cookie scoop capacity 1 3/4 oz). You will get 12 balls.
  9. Place them into muffing pan and bake for 11 min.
  10. Remove from oven and use a shot glass to press your baked cookies down as soon as they come out of the oven.
  11. Now, you have a perfect hole for your Nutella or Oreo filling.

  13. Add 1 TBSP of Nutella to each cup. Then stop your life just for a moment and say: "Thank you Universe for the Nutella and Oreos".
  14. Let cool for 1/2 hour in pan and serve.
