CHOCOLATE SANDWICH NUTELLA CAKE
Nutella filling and Ice Cream Sandwiches.
Do you need more?
It is no bake treat. Done in 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- Ice Cream Sandwiches (package of 12)
- 2 and 1/2 cup Nutella or 1 Jar Nutella (725 gr)
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
Line quick bread pan 9x5 with aluminum foil. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl add heavy cream and mix for about 3 minutes.
Add Nutella and mix until all ingredients are incorporated. (3 minutes)
Layer ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of pan.
Spread half of Nutella filling over the ice cream sandwiches.
After that add another layer of ice cream sandwiches.
Finally spread remaining Nutella filling and cover with plastic wrap.
Freeze for 3 hours.
Optional: Cover with heavy cream.
Serve this cake with whip cream, shaved chocolate and grounded hazelnuts.
