These pretty little sandwiches make a great lunch, dinner, breakfast or Sunday brunch.
They are simple, melty and cheesy.
Also, done in the blink of an eye. Almost.
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
After that you need to find medium size bowl.
Add into the following ingredients: sour cream, cubed cheese, red pepper
and mix everything with metal spoon.
Finally add salt, pepper and oregano to your taste.
Stir until all ingredients are incorporated.
Then arrange the slices of bread on the baking sheet.
Spread the cheese mixture over the bread.
Almost done, just place pieces of cheese and red peppers over each sandwich.
Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes.
Take out of oven and drizzle with basil paste, feta cheese or Italian parsley.
